Advanced Search + Save in ZMail
Is advanced search in the roadmap for ZMail? I really like new features coming out in stand alone programs (no one has the integration potential you guys have). Yahoo! Zimbra desktop allows you to create these extremely intricite searches that work like dynamic "Folders" and then save the search. Actually, you know what would make a lot of sense? What if Zoho bough Zenbe? Then you'd have full featured mail already done! You could focus more energy into other programs.
Step by step registration process for new users?
Application of new users is a very complex process. The difference betweeen Email ID, user ID is not clear. And adding to this complexity is the difference between Business user and Wiki user. Please can you provide a step by step application process for new users? Is it better to start with a Business ID and than proceed to Wiki?

Hi Guys, Here is something that can save me hours of work every year. "Workflow Tasks" triggering "Potentials' Closing Date". This problem is why I am not 100% happy with Zoho, and it is why I am looking for another CRM to replace Zoho. If Zoho can customise it, I will probably stay with Zoho CRM for good, and probably buy 50 more licences very soon. Looking forward to hear from you. Roland

Forum vs. Discussion DIFFERENCE
Hello, 1) Why are there 2 different names for the same application, ie, Forum & Discssion. 2) Can the Forum be embedded in other webpages the way you allow some of the other applications to be embedded 3) Can the forum only be launched from within Zoho Business. What is Zoho business going to cost
Hi, Before I go down the path of moving to ZoHo business I need to know a few things. I know that ZoHo plans on charging for the business version later this year. Google costs of $50 per user per year seems very fair, and they have a starter free version. Will ZoHo follow a similar cost structure? Will there be a free version of Zoho Business for say 1 to 3 users? What type of costs are we talking about? Limit of 30 Emails?
Can someone please clarify something for me? Yesterday I got a message that my sending privileges had been taken away and then researching the matter here on zoho Mail, it looked as though it was because the software thought I'd been spamming. Researching some more, it seems as though you're saying that a person cannot send more than 30 messages....or Zoho suspends his sending privileges? Is that correct? (I do seem to have full access back today, by the way).

Docs/Mail - Attachments integration
I just signed up for Zenbe to check it out. What a great concept! (though you can't set up your smtp for outgoing emails which was a deal breaker for me). When will ZDocs be able to organize and show all of the attachments that are in ZMail? Xoopit actually does this for GMail now. Also, is Zoho looking at opening up ZMail as a platform so programmers can design "widgets/zimlets/etc"?

i cannot fetch mail
hi, i just need help to configure my zoho mail to fetch my emails from my other email account. here's the scenario, in zoho mail - mail setting - common settings - mail account then i add new mail account and fill up the mandatory field incoming mail server and outgoing mail server then press save, the error display read timeout. I don't know what i'm going to configure in our mail server, we're using nitix mail server linux.

Hi, My folders are not shown in the left side pane any more, below the "Folders" title is empty. I had also some lables, but now it is written "No labels found" under the labels tag in the left side pane. Does anybody have the same problem? Does anybody know what the problem is?
