Domain Email Addresses not Zoho User
I have a need for some domain email addresses not to be in Zoho as a user. For example: person1@mydomain.com and person2@domain.com are set up as users in Zoho. However person3@mydomain.com is just a forward to person3's personal email address. Similiarly for person4 to person20. I don't want to set all these people up in Zoho as users and therefore have to pay for them. I have not configured MX to point to Zoho IP addresses. Instead, I manage the email addresses for mydomain.com with my domain registrar.
No folders and labels
Hi I can not see my folders, even inbox Non of them is shown in the left side pane. I had also defined some labels but now I see a "No Labels Found" message under my labels pane. Does anybody know what the problem is? Thanks a lot, Pooria Joulani

Just set up an account, when I try to send e-mail to my zoho email it says failure notice mailer daemon: mail not accepted, 550 sorry.
can't receive emails
I bought my domain in zoho set up the email account and tried to email to info@nuinvestllc.com from my mindspring account and get failed message: Info@nuinvestllc.com SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT to: info@nuinvestllc.com: host mx.zoho.mail.com (72.5.230.114) : 553 Relaying disallowed do I have to wait for some time before Zoho has create all the necesarry setting to receive emails from other ISP. I was able to send out an email to my mindspring account.

Is it possible to automatically publish my RSS Feeds to my blog? I only want the URL Link. I need to create a list this way. I have been doing it manually, is there a way to automate this?
Embed zoho chart from zoho sheet into my zoho notebook
I created a chart in my zoho sheet. I want to embed this chart into my zoho notebook without embedding the entire sheet. Can't I embed it using html code? I tried this and it doesn't work.
Feature request. Show number of unread mails for all accounts.
Good improvement would be number of unread mails for all accounts shown on Mail tab on Apps Panel. Example: Mail (2) With this I will not need to change account every few minutes to check if I have mail on other account.
Single Interface for all Apps
I really like the Zoho Business concept but wish that ALL the Zoho Apps could be integrated into it including CRM and the Databases. I find that even for some of the Apps that are integrated there are settings that can not be accessed from within Zoho Business ... so I have to exit and go to just the App to change those settings ... ie the Calendar. It would make TOTAL sense if the Zoho.com domain WAS the Business app and when people signed up for Zoho ... they were signing up for an ALL in one Application

Zoho and Mozilla Prism makes Outlook Extinct
I stumbled upon this couple months back and thought will share it with the community, as I have been using this for my school, personal and work email for a while. Its just the best thing and makes Outlook a thing of past. All you need is the weblink : zoho.com and Mozilla Prism, its an XUL Runner App with very small download. It makes web based app run like a desktop apps. As i need my Zoho window open all day, and hate switching tabs in Firefox or IE to check for new mail or type a meeting reminder
ZOHO, THE WONDERFUL EMAIL!!!!
There is no doubt that zoho mail has filled those features missed by Gmail thus taking the first place in the web based email. I don't work for zoho, however I have promoted zoho to my business friends and collegues. I think you should all do the same. zoho mail still needs to fix some bugs, however going forward, I am pretty sure these will get fixed. Long Live zoho!!!!! Speed business, speed mail
Hi Raja and friends, First: Business is a superb app. But after some weeks, I notice speed to be a main concern. For instance: mail loading and composing is at times very, very slow. What's the bug here? Note: starting mail independantly (so not form the business 'tab' ) makes this app operate considerable faster. Thanks for a response, Chris
importing contacts from Google
I uploaded my Outlook contacts to Google. And then i uploaded the Google contacts to Zoho. BUT it only imported the email address only and put it in the name and email fields. Everything else, names, telephone numbers, etc... was lost in the transfer. Any suggestions?
Cant change mail server settings
Hi, We are currently changing over to Zoho mail from using Thunderbird and other desktop clients for our email. All is going OK and we can receive email into the accounts - however send out emails is not possible. We have tried to change the mail settings under: Common Settings>Mail Accounts However when we change any of these details the do not save and so we are unable to send mail. Do I have to log in as another user or something? I am on a mac running OSx and the browser is Firefox 3. As I say
Is there a status on availability of IMAP?
We are going to be migrating our all users over to Zoho. Big issue at this point is that IMAP is not available and it will be a massive pain for us without that feature. Is there a hard set date for that to become available. I would even take beta. It is that important to us.
Settings Still Loading
I just discovered Zoho and it looks very nice. However, I set up a Mail account to try it out and I can't get the settings page to load. It just gives me the "Loading" sign and never activates the links across the top. Is this some more verification or signup that I have to do? I already responded to the mail sent when I signed up for Zoho. By the way, I also tried out Writer, but I doubt that I will use it. Worried about Domain Validation
Help Zoho Business looks like it could work very well for us as a company Intranet w/ a possible future expansion into PROJECTS & CRM. Where is the Help section / Wiki
I'm not mad and I don't think I'm stupid. Zoho looks to be incredibly powerful but I can see no tutorial, wiki, help section or anything to get me going. I don't know if it will suit my needs as no-one indicates what the mailbox storage is, whether IMAP is available, how to migrate from gmail, how to setup an account etc. I'm sure that if I troll through the previously given answers long enough I will find the information I need. getting error "problem deleting mail account"
I want to delete some pop mail accounts I added to my zoho account but every time i try to delete them it is giving me an error " problem deleting mail account". What is the problem? How can I delete these accounts?
Opera won't stay logged in
Every time I come to any Zoho feature with the Opera browser, I have to enter my screen name and password. I always check the feature to keep me logged in on this computer. But then, the same day, when I come back again, I have to log in again. Any ideas why? And even better, how to fix it?
Zoho Webmail ACCESSING by IMAP?
Are there any plans to add IMAP functionality to the Zoho Webmail program for it to access emails? I ask this because I am currently on an exchange and in order for me to move to Zoho Mail, I would need to change my email address, but I would like to use Zoho for my email because I like the UI. Would it be possible to leave my email on the exchange server, and have Zoho Mail act more like a desktop client - thus ACCESSING my email from the exchange via IMAP instead of POP like it currently does?
Personal Task dates involuntarily change to wrong format
I'm encountering a problem when adding a task. Even though I have saved my preference for dates as mm/dd/yyyy, my tasks will change to dd/mm/yyyy. This completely confuses any dates using something like this: 11/25/2008. I've just started using Zoho personal and really like it, but this problem with tasks is a fairly bad bug that might mean I'll need to find an alternative solution. Thanks.
New Email Account Sending Code Verification
I successfully sent up my gmail account and applied for confirmation code so I could send gmail. Nine digit code received with 4 step installation instructions. Unfortunately instructions don't work for me. After hitting "Settings" at top of email page, there is no "Common Settings" choice under preferences. I did find "Mail Settings" under preferences, which after hitting, I saw a "Common Settings" tab, but no account detail button, no place to enter code, and no "Verify" button. So I am stuck.

email not importing
Hi, We can't see the .eml files we are importing through the mail.zoho email import system link.mail.zoho.com/mail/jsp/importFolder.jsp It says it's imported the file but does not appear. Has anyone got this working and if not is their a way around it? Also can we upload entire folders or just one .eml file at a time. Any help would be good. Bob

I spend some time to understand first why each time I was trying to fill the requested informations for Gmail Zoho was always telling me "Already setup for this email ID" until I read that as soon as you're using a gmail.com domain everything is done for you automatically... cool. Personal/Organisational Groups
I can't make sense of this division between personal and organisational groups. Zoho's help manual makes no attempt to explain the difference, which is a waste of time and space given that that is precisely meant to do. Can anyone from Zoho please explain the difference in coherent english
spell check
I seem to have problem with my spell check. When finished with my spell check, Zoho mail seem to duplicate the paragraph I did the spell check on. Please advice.
Conflicting Compose Options
I think the following two compose options are in direct conflict with each other for specific choices that the user can make: Send my mail in (Plain Text, Html, Plain Text & Html) Enable Rich Text Editor for Composing Mails (Enable, Disable). I would say when Plain Text is selected, disable the second set of radio buttons.

Too much Ambigous Compose Screen
Can someone address this issue? I see a Reply To textbox in the Compose screen and very many times, we may forget to fill the To field and hit Send. Can some DHTML Trick be used to hide this field and show it on demand only or the Reply To should be phrased as Reply-to. The capitalized separate words Reply To might be a bone of contention and source of confusion for many.

Maintaining Unique Fetch
Would zoho be capable of detecting already downloaded messaged and in archive folder from a POP3 server, if it still remains on the source server? My source POP3 does not support deletions through POP3 and hence till I logon next, I expect, zoho should handle this unique download without cluttering my zoho mailbox.
Scroll Paging Option
Could zoho bring something like Scroll Paging option? That would save hassles of clicking Next Page, Next Page right? I am talking the one similar to new Yahoo Mail and AOL Webmail?
