Zoho Business vs Zoho Virtual Office
I ran across a downloadable Zoho Virtual Office program today on a tech site and was wondering how it differed from Zoho Business. I haven't downloaded it.
Basic questions about the Zoho paradigm
Before even doing a trial of Zoho mail (web version, not POP) for an individual user, I need to understand the paradigm better: 1. If I associate my Zoho with a Yahoo or Google account, does the data still live at Google or Yahoo, or is the entire account moved over to YOUR servers? 2. If it is moved, does it bring over ALL the old archives as well? And if yes to that, is there an ultimate limit on storage beyond which the email account s no longer free? 3. If all past data and future mail is stored

Zoho Mail down
Is Zoho mail down at the moment, I've been unable to use Zoho Mail on multiple computers for the last few hours. Both through Zoho Business and Zoho Mail standalone.
Z Business Links do not categorise
Hi, In have created a few different Categories in the Links App. They appear in the Tree View on the left. After creating a bunch of Links, I select links in groups and 'Move To' a category. That usually works, however today I have been noticing that my links are appearing in different categories, even after I move them back again. Any suggestions? Thanks Luke

Greasemonkey Script for ZMail?
I like using Zoho Mail, but I like using Gmail with "Better Gmail" scripts enabled. Is there any way to write scripts for Zoho mail that will allow me to make it more user friendly? There are several small fixes that really hamper workflow. Workflow is defined as how fast I can process an email, label it, and get it out of the inbox. thanks.
Choosing language

Looks promising but atm zoho its not working for a company
Hello there I really like the idea and the look of zoho, but after testing it for two days its a big no go to work with Zoho yet. Whats really important for a company are Public or group folder for 1. EMail 2. Contacts 3. Tasks. 4. Calendar and a system to administer the access rights for it also a Multi User Calendar View. Blind Send Feature
Can Zoho Mail try bringing in Blind Send feature? This would mean personalised emails even though people are listed in Bcc. Currently, Courier (erstwhile Calypso) Mail Client from RoseCitySoftware supports BlindSend as an innovative feature in emailing.
SenderID or DomainKeys support
I just thought if Zoho Mail could incorporate support for SenderID or DomainKeys so that other domains can have elevated confidence in Zoho Mail. This would deter spammers from using Zoho Mail and keep us more safe and secured.
what does archive do?
I am getting mail using pop3 to my mail account and I am wondering what will archive do? Will the mail be moved to the archive directory and removed from pop server? or will it keep it on pop3 and move the local messages to archive dir? Thanks sinoda
Saving Attachments into Z Docs
Hi, Any plans to allow the saving of attachments from Z Mail directly into Z Docs? At the mo, I have to save to my desktop then upload & import into Docs.....a pain when I receive multiple attachments. Until I convince my senders to join Zoho too and 'Share' docs so we can collaborate online, I'll have to make do with exchanging attachments the old way, email. Thanks Luke
Problems with Zoho mail
I have Zoho Business, and I set up my Domain, and added my address (me@AtMyDomain.com) with the same setting that i use for Thunderbird and Outlook, and even changed my MX and SPF records to Zoho's IP (72.5.230.103) and when i try to send mail from Zoho it still gives me the same error: Unable to connect to SMTP server:mail.MyDomain.com Reason: connect timed out. What is the solution for this? I have added the Domain, settings are correct and MX and SPF records have been changed... what elese do

Using Adressbook when Composing a new message
Is there any way to see any address of the address book when Composing a new message just by typing the name of the contact? For example if I have a contact named John Smith and his email is 987654@hiscompany.com the Zoho mail only shows me the address if I begin typing 987...... instead of typing -just- joh...... can't edit Incoming / Outgoing Mail server information
I set up 2 email accounts. The second one works fine. The initial account I used to set up my zoho mail account -- the is no "edit" option for the account and there is no incoming or outgoing mail server listed. How can I edit the settings on this account to add the incoming and outgoing mail server info?
Compose always open new window?
The Compose option always seems to be opening a new window. Since Zoho mail follows 'Tab Browsing' model, I believe, Compose should have an option to have itself opened as one of the tabs right? I have trying to locate to customize this option in settings but could not find one. New windows may be subject to be being knocked out Popup Blockers.
ZMail is a different domain
Many of us refer to Zoho Mail shortly as Zmail. Out of curiosity, when I typed zmail .com, it is going to a different strange website. I would suggest, Zoho should consider having that domain its control too.
Remember the Milk and Zoho Incompatibilities
I was trying to use the 'Add Application' with Zoho Business and add Remember the Milk http://www.rememberthemilk.com/. The homepage loaded fine but login and other pages broke the application and loaded in full screen. How to create sub sub sub folders
I am trying to create sub folders of folder but experiencing problem. Under Zoho Documents -> My Folder ->Right Click ->Create Folder creates folder without problem but I would like to have sub folders tree of newly created folders and it's impossible to do so (Is this a known bug?) After creating several folders, clicking at My Folder lists all the folders on Desktop panel (Right panel) and they have check boxes on them but I can't click/select them. I can right click them to rename and delete.
'+' missing from my Signature Block
Hi, Just a simple question I hope. I was trying to create a signature for my email account that included a country code with '+' prefix. But on mail composition, the '+' is removed. eg. +44 5555 555555 ends up just being 44 5555 555555 Any suggestions? Thanks Luke

why does it auto-complete e-mail addresses only but not names? also, when i imported my contacts from gmail (dunno if the importing has anything to do with this), the names in my contacts are not arranged alphabetically or in any manner for that matter. how do i alphabetize it?

Is it possible to use zoho's smtp with other email accounts?
I've just begun to try Zoho email and love what I see so far. I've just added a second email account (my work account) and am receiving mail just fine. However, the work email is not currently set up in a way that I can use its smtp for sending from Zoho .... So, is it possible to use Zoho's SMTP to send mail from a second email account? Keyboard Shortcuts? What are they?
I noticed that in Zoho Mail there is the option to enable Keyboard Shortcuts. That would be nice to have a shortcut for sending an email to a folder or adding a label to an email. However, I can't find any documentation in the help guides that shows what the keyboard shortcuts are?
Conversation View? How do I see it?

Zoho Mail question
I am still evaluating Zoho for our business use. So far so good except I had issues with SSL not working. Before we jump into it, I would like to know is it possible to use Zoho Mail with our own email address as an IMAP not POP email client WITHOUT pointing MX records to Zoho servers. (I would like to keep our mails in our own server but also have an option to read them via Zoho Mail as an IMAP client) This is a showstopper for us.

Zoho Mail and Zoho Writer offline options in Zoho Business

Is it possible I can see all my Email accounts at the same time? The pull down menu doesn't work very well. Once I use pull down menu go to the zoho.com Email, I cannot go back to my company Email even though it is the default one. I have to go to Settings and click on "Go to default Email". Archive/Add Label to Entire Thread at once?
I like the ability to view emails as "conversations" like in Gmail. Once in conversation view, is there a way to either archive or apply a label to an entire thread/conversation at one time? Or do I have to select each email individually to label it? The benefit of a "select all in thread" to label or archive is that it would label both the sent and received emails at the same time without having to switch back and forth.
Problems adding a domain to my organization
I'm not able to add a domain to my organization. The reason is that according to Zoho this domain already exists*.
