CNAME domain validation failed
How often are the DNS servers refreshed at zoho? If I perform a nslookup from my network, the CNAME record points to zrs.zoho.com. It has been about 10 hours since I made the change.
No fetch icon and not all emails have been fetched from Gmai
Dear ZOHO Team, I have set up three Gmail accounts with Zoho. Two of them work just fine but the third one does not display the fetch icon and also did not get all my mails. It stopped in April. First I thought that due to first set up it would take longer to get all my mails. But now it has been several weeks ago and nothing has changed since. Pop up is enabled! I also could not import my Gmail Contacts to ZOHO, although I grant ZOHO the access to my Google Account. Could you please help. Unfortunately

Cannot add domain to my account
Hi, I messed up the settings and had to delete organization "global-tel.at" from my domains. When I restartarted, Zoho Business complained that this domain already exists. Is it possible to clear the domain cache so I can add the domain again? How can I change/edit email id aliases once they are set up? Thanks, Peter
Show groups in Links page
Hi, When I go to the links page, I only see my personal links. I don't see an option to see the groups links. In tasks and notes you can easily choose the groups. The "display name" of the recipient is disappeared
I always send mail to people with display name, not only the email address. for example: John Smith <john.smith@example.com>. Not this: john.smith@example.com But it seems that zoho mail don't support this well. The "display name" of the recipient(to, cc) is disappeared. Authentication Failure bar not responding
I had setup a Gmail account a while back and received mail fine. This was before domain name activation. I had since disabled that test account in Zohomail. When I go to my mail account now, it shows a Auth Failure:kindly change Mail settings and re-enable auth' message which covers the settings tab. Clicking on Mail settings gets me nowhere. I can't seem to logout either. Pls help.
Can't change between zoho mail accounts
When I log in my primary account loads fine. When I switch to either of the other two accounts I have set up I get the blue loading rectangle but the browser bar says it is done loading. From there I can do other actions that involve additional tabs but can't reload the primary account...the blue loading rectangle remains. To top it all off this only happens when I'm in my homeoffice...not AT the office. (Two different computers.) Is there a solution? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Unable to Connect SMTP Server
Hi, Love the suite of Business Apps. Looking forward to them all being integrated, sharing common modules. In the mean time, I am experiencing an error configuring an external SMTP server for outgoing emails. When I configured it in the control pannel, everything seemed to be ok, cos it checked at the time, that all the connections could be made, authentication was correct etc etc. However outgoing mail just sits in my outbox with a 'Connect Time Out' error for that smtp server. Scripted Window for No Subject Send
When sending an email with no subject window, particularly in a hurry, I observed that Zoho is using a Scripted Window (JavaScript InputBox), which is forcing a browser warning. I would say this would not be a good feature. How about having a pleasant DIV and a pleasing confirmation than using the javaScript feature. I have attached the screenshot of the scripted window quicker troubleshooting and diagnosis.

Best Practice - CRM-Cases or Project or both?
We are new to Zoho. Have implemented much of CRM. Played around a bit in Projects. My ?....I have a boiler plate task list for all my new accounts. My maximum time for setup and training is a couple of weeks. Projects seems like overkill but I don't see where I can make a template of tasks in Cases. Cases seems the appropriate forum for the 5-6 tasks that we have for each new client. Problem fetching new mail
I have setup POP access to my Yahoo Mail account and have successfully downloaded most of my messages. However, Zoho mail hasn't collected any of my messages from the last month - instead it just displays 'No new mail messages' whenever I click on 'Fetch'. Any ideas? Thanks

Importing Contacts, can you import the Contact Category
I have about 500 contacts to import from Outlook all with their own categiories. In Zoho Contacts I have created the corresponding Categories. However when I try to import the Contacts there is no field to map to the Categories field. Does this mean I have to manually set the Category of all 500 Contacts after I import. All the other standard Zoho contact fields are there. See screenshot, I cannot see anywhere where one can import the Contact Category

Import Outlook Contacts .CSV
I am unable to import my contacts file from Outlook. Does ZOHO Business need to have special mapping done during the export from Outlook? This should be a very cut and dried proceedure. If I can't import my contacts I can't use the program.
Error when clicking on 'Mail' in Zoho Business

suggested improvement for sharing interface
When you click on the sharing icon for a file that it is already shared, it does not show that it is currently shared. For example, the enclosed jpg shows the Share Document window for a file that I already shared with the Education/Outreach group. Not getting emails
I have setup my two domains on Zoho Business and verified them. On my ISP I have added the Zoho MX records. So far I have not received any emails? **RESOLVED**Unable to import Outlookcontacts to Zoho
I create a .csv file by exporting my contacts from Outlook 2003. When I choose import from contacts in Zoho Business I choose import from desktop option. When I point Zoho at the contacts.csv file I created it goes to the next screen with the drop down menus for mapping field names. Nothing appears in these drop downs even though there are header fields in my exported outlook file. See attached. I have found that I am unable to sort documents neither alphabetically nor by the date modified column, when I click on my groups view. This would be a most useful feature, and seemingly easy.
Why is there no 'Switch to' mail in my apps list?

I have a serious issue i have rang support 11 times in 48 hours one email respond and we have staff waiting to use this system,. we have done the mx changes etc. We cannot get the email accounts to work or even set up a new account for our users. Validate domain with Office Live
Hi, I use Office Live for my domain but cant validate the site with the methodology offered. My web development skills aren't the best but i can usually figure these things out. I can create a path such as "mysite".com/Documents/verifyforzoho.html but not "mysite".com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html . Zoho Business is now my start page. I've been playing with Chrome, but unfortunately the contents of my desktop widgets aren't showing up. Other than that. Chrome is looking to be faster than Firefox.
