CAN NOT SENT EMAIL FROM ZOHO MAIL
I've tried to address this in the forums below but my replies never get posted. I do not know if my email accounts require authorization to send, the hosts do not indicate this in any way. I set the preferences as if they did require authorization just to experiement, but it made not difference, I still can not send. Changing backup file location
How do I make a config change to Zoho VO to change where the backup file is stored? I'm concerned about having the backup file on the same hard drive as my VO system - in case of HD failure - and want to have the backup file stored on a network drive. How/where do I make the change to the configuration to have it automatically store the backup file somewhere else? Steve
File sharing
Some things do not go as expected when I try to share documents within our group. Although I get the message "successfully shared" no documents appear in the shared documents pane of the Groups tab. I do receive an email confirmation, but when I click on "Shared documents", I usually get an error message saying "Error! Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later.".

I've been exploring all the features fo Zoho and am very very impressed! Great effort. However, while registered as an English user, when I try the Zoho email, everything is in German and I can't seem to find a way to correct. Recommendations? Lars

I love the virtual office, but there are a couple of things I think it needs. 1.A more feature-filled contact manager. 2.Syncing and/or import options for calender and contacts. 3.More options for recurring items in calender.(Especiall, for me, an every other week option)
Duplicating Spam - Help!!!
Adventnet guys - Help please! I am having the most incredibly annoying problem with my email account within Zoho VO. On March 13th, I received a spam email purportedly from a "Janet Clark". Without opening it, I deleted it. However, since that time I have received hundreds (no exaggeration!) of the exact same email. They come one right after another. In an hour, I might get 30-40 of these things. I delete them and, within minutes, more of these emails are in my inbox. Is anybody else having this

We're migrating to the on-demand version. My question does not really concern that, but what specifically are all the folders in my FTP directory for my On Premise Zoho Install? When i forward an email with an attachment, the attachment gets duplicated. Basically, the recipient receives two attachments with the same names...

For some reason when sending password configuration, it's not sending any email at all. Mail account for the Super Administrator is working fine as far as sending/receiving mail is concerned. Sorting in email
Hi Sorting on emails appears haphazard. Using GMT as a timezone and DD/MM/YYYY settings (have tried MM/DD/YYYY with no effect). Is anyone else having this problem? This makes the email program unusable.
Window behavior in mail client
The mail applications sometimes displays strange behavior. See the picture i've attached (composing a message). Some of the header fields (in the example the "To"-field) disappear behind the top frame, and there's no way to make them re-appear because there's no scroll bar. The only available scroll bar scrolls the message window. Thanks
