Hi, Is it possible to import contacts from, for exemple, outlook?
Feature request: repeating tasks
I use repeating tasks extensively in Outlook, and if Zoho Mail is to succeed as a replacement for outlook, the ability to set a repeating task is as important as being able to set a repeating calendar event, and to have flexibility in setting the repeat cycle (every day, every other Tuesday, every 3 months, etc.)
Alloted space
Will the released version of Zoho vo come with possibilities to increase the alloted space? Thanks Tom
Sorting Contacts and Importing Holidays
Hi all, My contacts are sorted by first, rather than by last, name. I would like to have them sorted by last name, if possible. I've looked through the settings area of Zoho VO but have not found a way of doing this. Can someone please advise? Also, I would like to insert holidays into my VO calendar (I'm in the US). I've not found a good file to import for this. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!! Laurie

Define a new task
The start date box does not function properly when defining a new task. It does not disappear after I selected a date. It keeps adding a digit to the date for example 11/000004/2007 after each click. The due date box works ok though

CALENDAR PROBLEM
The "Today's Events" box on the desktop always displays event on the calendar for the next day, not for today. For examply, today is 1/29 and the "Today's Events" box is full of the events scheduled for 1/30.

Trial Version Does Not Recognize Group For File Sharing
As a trial, I have established 2 users and one group, containing both users. I have uploaded two documents that I wish to share with the other user, however, when prompted for the group to share, the group name is not displayed. Thus the document(s) can not be shared. Is the document sharing feature not available in the trial version?.

Hi all, I have sent several mails to zoho to no avail. By writing this, i hope i can get an answer to the following. Is there a Norwegian translation for Zoho VO, and if not, is there any way i can contribute to translate it? I have several customers that are obvious candidates for this product, but i need it to be in Norwegian before i can offer it to them. Anyone?

Privacy? Everyone's calendar, everyone's documents?
Howdy, I just linked into the Mail Beta to try it out. Is it normal to see lots of everyone else's appoinments and folders and documents? Is there a way to test this without sharing all my information with the world?

What is happening to the On Premise version?
Hello , I am a paying customer for your On premise version. There has been a fair amount of time since you have brought serious updates to this version of VO. I sign-up and paid for the second year hoping that this product will be further developed. I was assured repeatedly that Writer , excel and others will be incorporated in VO. Webfolder and other issues!
Since updating to SP3 the Webfolder feature is inop! The message given is "Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server. " This started after I updated. The second problem is when in the documents area I am not able to move or copy files from one folder to another. When the pop up window opens there are no folders in the box, I can do nothing but click cancel since the webfolder feature is scrogged
LOGIN SECURITY FOR VIRTUAL OFFICE
Shouldn't there be a limit on the number of attempted login's? Currently if I know my bosses UserName. Which if I'm working on Zoho VO in my office I do because its not different than the LoginName. I just need to keep guessing the password until I'm in. I've never seen a software as a service offering with such lack of security. If you going to market this to anyone with half a brain you better start spending a little time on security. At the very least there should be a restriction to lock the

Two Users - Managing One Email Account
Is it possible for two users to manage the same email account inside VO? I need to login to my assistants email, and vice versa sometimes to take care of messages. OR Is it stable to have two people logged into the same account at the same time?

A couple weeks ago this wasn't a problem, but now when one opens a new email compose window in Safari the "message body" area is a solid area in which one cannot write in or click into. What's the deal guys?

Sent mail folder contents not visible
Hi, I am using the zohovo on a FC5[JDK 1.5] installation. I am not able to see mails in Sent mails and in Trash folders. I am able to create a new folder, move mails there and able to see it. I have also configured to store the sent mails locally[I have enabled that check box in mail options]. If there is any other configuration related changes I need to do please let me know. -- Maniappan.
Importing calendar/task list from Zoho Planner?
So far, I can only see a way to import a calendar into Zoho Mail from my desktop. Is there a way to get my calendar and task list from Planner to Mail? BTW, excellent concept, folks! I have been searching for a long time for an alternative to MS Office suite products, and in terms of replacing Outlook's functionality, it looks like Zoho Mail is definitely thinking in those terms. I don't care if 80% of users only use 20% of MS Office functionality; I'm in the 20% that uses 80% of the functionality.

If I put the correct password: "VirtualOffice is currently unable to process your request. Please sign in after a few minutes." If I put the wrong password (to see if my username is valid): "Username and Password did not match" So it seems my username/password is correct, but unable to log in... DST adjustment
Well, as you probably know, in the US we changed our DST date to this past weekend. Now, the only way I can set the correct time in my VO is to make it think I'm in Greenland and not the Eastern US. Any chance of either a patch or a DST configuration option? Steve
Mail Folder purging
I have been running VO 3220 on Win2K and a separate MySQL instance. I have just added the 3221 patch. I have just noticed that the \VirtualOffice\server\default\Mail_1 folder has been growing even though the emails are getting deleted from the users mailboxes and the trash folder is emptied by the users. According to VO the mailbox sizes for my test users total around 700k, yet the Mail_1 folder is at 9Meg! There are emails in these folders that have long since been deleted (months old), yet the
zoho vo fails to start after installing serivce pack 3
My version is 32xx. After installing the sp3, the VO fails to start. It holds at "loading zoho group discussions...." I have tried to unstall sp3 using the update manager. The sp3 is removed but VO still cannot start. Please help. energy
group calendar
i don't understand why the group calendar is so weak in comparison to the features of the personal calendar? it'd be nice to be able to automatically make items on the group calendar 'all-day events' and also to disable email notifications for new events added to the group calendar also, is there a way to disable the group notifications? we have our secretary importing our google calender manually (because you can't import it automatically like you can in the personal calendar) and we're getting
