server with mysql installed
Hi all, is it possible to install VirtualOffice on a server that already has a mysql server running? can i move the virtualoffice db to the existing mysql server and hope that something works? :) thank you bye

Is there something special to activate to get French characters support? I can't remember, but it seems I had it right at some point... could it have happened with the last service pack? running V.O.3.2 sp1 in Linux CentOS 4.3 thanks!

Some quick suggestions: -Please provide some more space (lines) in the input area: it�s too small to preview the messages before hitting Enter. -Attach the time beside each author�s post: currently there is no clue if the post was done a minute ago or a day ago. -Maybe the possibilty to choose Font color too when posting? Calendar�s Group problems
I can�t establish an event for a period of time longer than 1 day in the group calendar. ie. Let�s say I want to establish from day 1 to day 7 as holidays, If I click in the start date, in the dialog box I can not change the end date (I can�t edit the field at all, wiich appears fixed with the same start date). Additionaly, it�s quite confusing to work with date format MM/DD/YY in Europe could you add a general setup for the date formats (maybe customizable by each user)? Finally I suggest you review
VO on a Webserver Installation
Installed successfully on webserver (Bluehost: Linux) without a hitch, no errors. ch mod etc yadah yadah.... Installed VO in my public_html folder.... But client side (browser) connection cannot be made. Tried multiple Http://www.xxxx.com:8080 variants, still nogo. Is it possible I setup the initial download file with a wrong name and it is picking it up? Or is this even possible... Any ideas would be appreciated.

Request: Switch for collapsed / expanded email-tree
This is a request: As a unchangable default the email-tree is always expanded. This annoys me as I have a very large tree and have to scroll alot to see if I have received mails. What I would find to be a nice feature is a switch in the settings to have the tree start in either expanded or collapsed view. VO cannot send or recieve mails, Java Bind error
I have a 2 day old installation of VO which up to this morning was running great. This mornign however i noticed that it was unabel to send or recieve e-mail on any account. Weeknumbers please!
Do I have to say more. I need weeknumbers in the calendar. It's not even visible in the week-view. There's a lot of space in the views for weeknumbers and even the month-view at the left. At best the weeknumbers should be clickable and jump to that week-view when clicked. Thanks Kent Knudsen

I have a problem with the group calendar in that when two events are made by separate group members you cannot tell which event is created by whom. Also what is the difference between Public and Private when creating a group. Great product but will be much better when you can configure it more. THanks allot.

Extra Category Fields for Contacts?

web folders v uploading & download option
chaps Ive just installed a trial version for a potential user of VO after telling them how good it was. But there looks to be an issue with the webfolder/upload side of things. If he creates a folder within VO it does not show up on the webfolder. I think ive had that issue on my install, but cant remember how we got it to work right. Also as well as having an upload option within VO would it be possible to have a download option. So you click the box at the side of the file and you can then click

Issues with duplicating EMail & missing IMAP email
Hello again folks We are using a IMAP email server and folks are experiencing both duplicating emails and it's not pulling all of the emails from the IMAP server. When folks click on "Fetch Emails" it duplicates a bunch of existing emails which causes their mail folders on zoho to balloon. I've read past entries where this was supposed to have been corrected w/ version 3.2. Desktop Email Preview Feature
It would be nice to have the ability to preview the emails for a given account and delete them right from the Desktop. Instead, we have to go into the account select emails we do not want click delete. Finally, we have to click on the delete button and Delete again to actually delete the emails from VO. Should be a quicker way from the Desktop....

Can�t Delete Emails using IMAP
Hi... My problem is this. I use IMAP connection for my accounts. If I select an email from the list in the inbox (by clicking the check box) and press de DELETE button which is in the top of the list, nothing happens... The page just refreshes, but the mail is still there... If I use the X which is in the end of every mail (four icons, MARK UNREAD, IMPORTANT, SPAM, DELETE) the emails are deleted, and then a number shows up beside the TRASH icon... but if I go to TRASH, there is nothing there.. the
Shared folders
Hi, Is there a way to share an entire disk's tree ? I mean: Our server have: E:\ Commercial (shared in local network) E:\ Technical (shared in local network) E:\ ... It should be very greatfull if we can share those folders into Zoho too, with the same share. Italian is a supported language?
I have read here: http://www.zoho.com/virtual-office/multi-language-support.html that Zoho Virtual Office supports different languages. We would like to buy ZohoVO for our company and we would like to know if Italian is a supported language or not.
