How do I access my zoho email with my iphone through POP?
I have tried to connect my zoho email with my iphone and it looks like everything is in order. I can receive messages, but it will not let me send any. It keeps saying that "the sender address "my email" was rejected by the server. Any help? Thanks Sean
Emailing Groups?
Hello! So I am new to Zoho and plan to migrate our company to it. We have many users and everyone is in a group of some sort. I looked at the Organization groups - A section where every employee can see if they are on zoho - but was wondering how I can email that group which would then send an email to the members in that group. There are groups such as ALL@ (Emails all employees), ITSTAFF@ (Emails all IT employees), Productionbuilding@ (Emails the members at our production facility).....etc.
My email is blocked...

Long term zoho users: How often is Zoho mail updated?
As someone testing out Zoho mail as an alternative to Gmail etc I have been spending some time reading forum posts, responses, usability etc. I see many posts here get an answer, and usually quite nice, though not always directly answering the question. I have a domain hosted by zoho, and am beginning to switch to zoho mail for all my personal and work related mail. I oganise small community events and one of my work mail addresses has to be given out publicly, on publicity and in supporters facebook accounts, blogs, etc I have noticed that this email address attracts proliferous spam, and don't want to bring this problem to my domain name. possible to set up several mail aliases and have mail for each delivered to it's own folder?
I would like to manage my mail by setting up 6 aliases for the same mail address, and automatically filter incoming mail for each of these aliases to its own folder. I would like replies to use the same aliases. Is this possible? If so, how best to set all these aspects up.? When I go to the filter control, would I select 'to' then ' begin with.' then put the email alias id in the next field? If I want to receive cc mail, is it sufficient to select 'to' in the first field, or should I select 'to/cc'?

problems with the MX record in CDmon and pop3
Hello. I have a couple of problems setting up my mail. The first problem is that I can RECEIVE my mail to the account I created, "contacto@paginadegoncen.net." Deletion of Read emails via POP
I generally retrieve emails from my Zoho mail account via POP3 rather than via a web browser. The mail client is set up to delete retrieved emails from the mail server (Zoho). If another POP3 mail client accesses the Zoho email server later the emails that have already been retrieved do not download via POP (which is correct). However, when I login to Zoho via a browser all of these emails are still showing as new emails. Shouldn't these "read" emails be moved into the Trash folder on Zoho

Email delivery delay - Yahoo
It seems there is a HUGE issue with emails being delivered to Yahoo addresses. When I send a message to a yahoo address it has a time delay of around 4 hours. I'm guessing the problem is the Zoho servers, but are you aware of other email providers (e.g. hotmail) doing the same. I know this is definately happening as I've tested it myself yesterday and today - I have customers who use Yahoo and email is time sensitive so what is an alternative?

Dashboard freezes when trying to open mail. (Using Chrome 14)
Recently (like the last two weeks), opening mail from my dashboard has become impossible. The spinner just spins, and nothing happens. As soon as I switch to the "Mail" page, the emails open fine. It's not a "show-stopper" by any means, but it's a definite inconvenience. Any suggestions? (besides ditching Chrome, it really is the best browser out there).

Hello, Whenever I reply to an e-mail with multiple recipients, my own e-mail alias appears in the recipients field. I don't want to recieve the reply I send to others, so I have to delete my own e-mail alias everytime I send a "reply to all". Is there someway I can edit this? Hi - my default view has changed from applications to dashboard. I cannot change it back where all my applications are on the left pane and details are in the right pane; also email is not available in the Zoho Apps tab when I am in the dashboard view. The dashboard view is counter-intuitive to how I work. Please provide instructions on how I can reset my view to the default of applications are listed on the left pane. Thank you!

Possible Typo in Zoho Mail
I am following this topic on zMail issue with AOL (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/not-able-to-add-my-aol-mail-into-zoho). The asker had mentioned about an issue in SMTP recently. And in the screenshot there is a grammar error. There should be a space between 'Invalid' and 'Reason'. Any way to get rid of the spam folder
It seems to put emails in there with no rhyme or reason and it's too much of a pain to whitelist them all. Besides Thunderbird is doing the job for me.
Can't connect iPhone to POP/IMAP servers
Good morning all, I've followed this tutorial https://blogs.zoho.com/general/accessing-zoho-mail-on-iphone-ipad-through-imap and after several tries, I couldn't figure out how to connect my phone to the Zoho servers. Zoho hosts my company's e-mail which works fine in my pc, however, when I try to connect my phone, even using the same addresses used on Outlook, it just doesn't pass from the 'Verifying' step, it says the sever is not answering. User Email Access
The problem I am encountering is that a user cannot access email. USER1 - is an administrator and can access all email accounts in the portal view USER2 - should only have access to specific email which is also present in USER1 profile Is there a way to have content in the portal view shared for the other users? POP activation problem in Mac
Hi, I just opened a Zoho mail account and it works. Unfortunatly after multiple attempts to get the mails strait into my mac mail it doesn't work. I get the message: "The server returned the error: The connection to the server "mailpop.zoho.com" on port 465 timed out. Any suggestion? Thank you.
