Blackberry and Zoho Mail
Hello, Since I really like Zoho interface, I have replaced MS outlook with Zoho and I have a few (gmail and google apps) email addresses that I'm now hosting in Zoho. I also host same email addresses on my blackberry. Problem I'm having is that when I used to use Outlook, I could purge all my emails off the gmail/google apps server via my blackberry and I can't figure out how to fix the problem working in Zoho. Another problem I'm having is that sometimes emails don't even make it to my blackberry
Sending email inadvertently with keystroke(s)
Hello, I'm having a problem when I'm composing an email in Zoho that when I inadvertently hit a combination of keys, the send function is triggered and the email is sent off without me finishing it. Question is what keystrokes am I hitting that is triggering the send function without me clicking send once I'm ready to send. Thanks!
Customized Login for Zoho Mail
Hi, Im trying to create a customized login for my employees to login to Zoho Mail. I followed the instructions located at https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/domains/Editing-your-DNS-details.html I have one domain added to my control panel ccfdis.com I created a cname called office.ccfdis.com directed to mail.zoho.com I went back into my Zoho control panel to add office.ccfdis.com but it says I have to purchase a domain. Why do I have to purchase another domain if its the same domain ccfdis.com? Its

Theme colors
Thank you for the awesome product that caused me to leave Gmail. Could we have more colors in the body of Zoho Mail added to the themes and more importantly it would be very nice to be able to set the font, size, and color on emails we compose as a defaulted preference. How do I sync added POP3 mail accounts to IMAP client app so I can manage on desktop?
I've added three POP3 accounts to my zoho account. I can view them all from the zoho Web interface at mail.zoho.com. However, when I set up Thunderbird to fetch mail from my zoho account, only the zoho account's mail synchronized. How to I make the rest of the mail associated with the zoho account synchronize, so that I can manage all of it? I'm spending a morning finding my way around Zoho. For me Zoho is Oh, Oh! I was born with inherited computer illiteracy and 40 years too soon! I am in Zoho Forums. I don't find a blue submit button. Other Domains are not showing under the main account
Hi, I have 4 different domains & email addresses and was using google apps. I have been migrating everything over to zoho. However, the various email addresses associated with each domain, whilst they show up in the domain management area, are not showing up in the mail/inbox. The mail itself migrated across, but only the google folders/labels from one email account - the emails themselves are all under the all mail list - one big mess! The email accounts themselves are all separate logins on zoho
gmail archives
Hello, I am new to Zoho mail and have a question. I setup zoho mail to pull emails from my gmail account but before doing so archived all of my gmails because I don't want these in the zoho account (there are thousands so wanted to start with a clean slate) but, even though they are archived in gmail zoho is still pulling them in?? How can I stop this from happening because it will take days. Thanks Andrew
added users cannot log in!
Would appreciate any advice .. I added a second user to my zoho mail account, assigned the email ID & password. If I sign out as the primary administrator, and try to log into zoho mail using the email ID and password fro the second user, zoho just shows "page not found". The primary user works fine, I have no idea what step I've missed. Have tried deleting the user and adding again, same result. thanks!

Setting up a new mailbox for Google
I want to set up a new mailbox in Zoho so GMail is fully synchronised with Zoho The system seems only to allow pop3 accounts, there is no link for IMAP. When I try to set up a mailbox for ampers@gmail.com, the boxes are filled in automatically other than password below the first section. I type in the password The system keeps saying the GMail server has rejected the password or user name. To be on the safe side, I tried it with every permutation for about twenty attempts. Hi, I have a serious problem: mails are send, but mails to Yahoo-accounts never arrive. This is just only today, but it makes my emails unreliable. Therefore, I now also send a copy via my Gmail-account. Btw: this is not a Yahoo-problem (mails from my Gmail arrive quickly in my Yahoo-account) Roel

Hello, I am curious to hear your advice regarding how to best manage my email, of which I receive a ridiculous daily amount, making it hard to stay organized. My company has our email hosted through Gmail, which I have recently started accessing in my browser on Zoho Mail. I started using Zoho Mail because: I do not care for the flat label system in Gmail for managing emails and much prefer using folders I do not care for an Inbox that is seemingly NEVER empty in Google I use Zoho CRM on my Mac

New E-Mail Popup Notification Enhancement
How about adding the account name to the new e-mail pop-up notification? This would be extremely usefully for users that have multiple pop3 accounts configured.
Signature in Writer
So some one sends me a contract as an attachment (doc), I open it in writer using the button in the email and yes I can edit but cannot put any images in. If we could drop an image in of our signature then resend it would save hours of time and frustration. Greg
Navigation Pane in Zoho Mail
I mainly use Google Chrome but I am unable to show/hide the navigation pane in the main view. It works in Firefox and I.E.8. What am I missing please and how can I achieve this?
Can you extend Chat-from-Email to outside Zoho?
Dear zMail Team, Currently I think the chat from Zoho is restricted within Zoho alone. Can you extend this to outside Zoho as well? Renaming attachments before adding to zoho doc's
Hi, i currently use Zoho CRM & Doc's. I offen attach documents from my email in to Zoho Doc's and then attach it to a customer. However i have to manualy rename all attachments as i can not control the file names from sender. I have thought about this problem and think having a option to rename the file before adding to workspace would be usefull, And if you could add to crm it would be even better? Thanks Mark.

Viewing Pictures
I received an email with pictures (jpg) inserted; however, all I could see were little squares. Further down the page I was given the option to download. When I clicked on download, I was given the option to save or cancel. I don't want to save - I just want to see the darned pictures. Help .... what's up?

frozen email account
I have a free zoho mail account that I set up to transfer the emails to my outlook via POP. As it was transferring, I never checked my zoho page. Well, it wasn't deleting the emails, just transferring. Now the account is frozen due to 'excessive usage'. So, how do I unfreeze the the account and delete all the emails? Dear zMail Team, This is an offshoot of my earlier question (http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/can-we-configure-the-periodicity-of-auto-expunge). I would like to suggest if you could extend the auto-expiration for other folders as well like for example I would be receiving disposition notifications which I would like to keep in certain folder for sometime and then make it automatically read.
