Can I move my emails from inbox to my potentials?
I want to Know If I can move emails received in inbox to my pontentials. I can see that under the potencial I have send/ received, so how I can have my emails received there?. Now I'm using pop 3 but I only can move emails from outlook to CRM in leads or contacts, please help me. it´s important for me. Thanks. Diego

Forgive me if there is a way to do this, and feel free to respond with a "how to", but I can't find the functionality I am looking for in the docs or forums. Basically I am looking for mail list functionality using Zoho mail. This would be used to drive e-mail marketing campaigns ( and thus could be linked with CRM ). Users could opt-in our out of mailings, and again, new campaigns could be generated using e-mail lists and CRM. Thoughts, idea's, suggestions?
Error assigning a task to another user
When you wish to assign a task to another user the 'Members List' box shows the list of users in the domain with their Zoho login plus their correct email address e.g XYZ (abc@def.com) However when you select one or more of these users and return to the 'Add Task' window the 'Assigned To' list shows the correct Zoho login but the email address is incorrect. It appears to be selected at random from members of the domain. e.g. XYZ (ghi@def.com)
Is there a easier way to go to older email?
If I have to move to email received on a specific date (say three months ago) is there a easier way than keep clicking button. Search mail is ok, but not very effective.
Mail box not accessible
Dear Support, Issue: #1Not able to access mail on the left hand panel in zoho business & zoho mail. Logo sizes has been changed
Our company logo on the zoho business page has changed and become much smaller since the last system maintenance. Which is interesting because this has unchanged on the control panel. Could you please advise why did it happen and how to resolve? Please see the attachments! Regards, Doni

OpManager problems with Windows 2008 Servers
I have a number of 2008 Stnd and Ent Edition servers that OpManager just doesn't want to talk to. I also have a number of 2003 servers that I monitor with WMI and it works just fine on these. Today I moved my OpManager server behind the same firewall to eliminate any possible failure of our Firewall people "Opening up ALL Ports and Protocols." How to Attach Mail to Task - 2 questions
1) I know how to create a Task from mail. Than when going to a Task Menu to open one I would like to see the email the Task was created from. Is it possible? 2) Is it possible to add an email to a Task? I mean that I am creating a New Task and would like to add an email from incoming box.

Tasks functionality similar to Zoho Projects tasks
It would be very useful to have Tasks functionality similar to your "Zoho Projects" project. At least Notes and Attaching documents and Discussions. Nowdays 'Tasks' is less useful then Projects and people don't like it much :( Especially adding Notes. Person who is responsible for task can't add comments and nobody knows what's going on. Progress and Status are not enough in this case, as you might know. Are you planning to add these features? Thank you
Two things about new features on Zoho Mail (april 4th, 2010)
Congratulations for the new features. Two notes: 1. Switching between mail accounts: only two accounts appear at the top of the sub-menu; then, a third one appears at the bottom; and if there are others, a last option "More..." appears after the third account. I think it would be better if they all appear at the top. 2."Move To": sub-folders appear a little "far away" from main folder (to the right). Regards, Rogerio

Cannot use external POP account anymore

Some questions before going for Zoho
I'm looking to Zoho Business to host my small company, and I have still some questions : 1/ I own my domain that I would add to Zoho business, but creating new emails is considered as creating new users (invoiced by Zoho) if I add some emails like support@mycompany.com ? 2/ we have a small website, only static content, could that website be hosted by Zoho at www.mycompany.com ? 3/ is there any solutions of backup ? Email address errors
My email address is not sending emails...stating that they cannot be sent during IO operations. It is also not allowing me to save as draft so I'm unable to do vital work today. Is there something that I need to do to rectify? My incoming emails are also being sent to an old email address on Zoho under my maiden name, even though all changes have been made, and these emails are not showing up in the email address with my married name...I'm losing emails this way....and this is only a recent problem.
I recently came across two issues in the Tasks Module of ZOHO Business....
1) If I have scheduled two tasks for the same time with pop up reminders, I only get the pop up reminder for one task. 2) I still get a pop up reminder, even though I have canceled a task before its scheduled time. Ability to determine order and number of visible pop3 accounts
I like the new display of the pop3 accounts and I would additionally like to set the order and number of accounts to be listed on top, so I have an instant overview of new mails in my most important accounts without having to click the "more..." link.

My account is not functioning properly.
I created a free business account to test zoho.com. I am impressed with the service and planned to test it before buying it. Last week I spent some time creating account records in the CRM, customizing the desktop, creating invoices using the Invoice application. Everything seemed great. Bug in new Email interface?
I like the new interface (only last week I was asking to be able to see if there was mail in all my accounts at the same time!) but there seems to be a bug. Whenever I post a message, the email is sent, but it doesn't disappear fromt the interface. It just sits there as though it's not been sent, and I can't activate any of the other tabs (such as Unread), nor does it disappear when I click the X on the corner of its tab. The only way of getting rid of it is by refreshing the page. This is in Firefox
Recovering emails from accidentally deleted pop accounts
I had two pop accounts retrieving emails from dedicated domains. I was making changes to these accounts, and deleted them, assuming the emails would remain with the main zoho account, as happens in gmail. When I saw them gone, I set the accounts up again, and the emails were back, but the next day I logged in, and they were gone. Is there some way to retrieve these emails? Hi, First of all thanks for all the new features within Zoho Mail, we are now using it as our primary email and find it extremely stable and lot more business-like than Gmail. The feature to upload attachments to Zoho Docs as listed in the what's new section does not seem to be showing. It would be great to have this feature working. Regards Jon

Seeing several mailboxes at once
I'm getting email from my personal account and my business account into Zoho, and I'm wondering if there's any way to be able to see at a glance whether there's mail waiting in both, without having to switch from one to the other. I thought maybe it would be possible to have two mailbox widgets on the Desktop, but it doesn't seem possible.

Our firm just purchased ZOHO Mail, as an add-on to our CRM Professional. We use various e-mail accounts -all gmail. We want to write to our customers using one of our gmail accounts - not the ZOHO.com account. How do I define one of our gmail accounts as the default account when using: CONTACTS » EMAILS » SEND MAIL ?? Note - If I compose an e-mail via the EMAIL tab,then compose, the e-mail account in the compose editor will be the one I define at the left side of the screen - gmail, or zoho.

Authentication when using Microsoft Office Plugin
I am attempting to use the Plugin for Microsoft Office. I can't get past authentication. When I signed up I configured it to use my gmail credentials. I only click on the "G" on the normal login screen. Now it isn't clear to me what my zoho username and password are because I can't get any combination of username and password to work from the plugin, which I assume is a direct logon that doesn't attempt to get my information from gmail.
