delay in mail receipt
Hello, My email stopped receiving email online around 1pm today though it kept showing up on my blackberry. Would appear to fetch, then say no new email though there was. It just sent one email through that was from 2:15pm and it just showed up at 4:28pm. Emails I send appear to go through immediately so the gap is with the incoming emails. Create a completed warranty document
I have a warranty form in a word document. I would like to be able to select a customer and have their name, address, etc merged into the form and then save the completed form associated with with the customer and where it could be printed, emailed or stored. Can Zoho do this and how?

Using Zoho for a company
I am using Zoho for my company. Doing so, I want to have a "corporate" account for the business apps, and at the same time I want my people to be able to create documents that will remain private to them . I currently don't see how to do that since I need to enter the Google Apps domain name at log on. Therefore, my question is how should I set this up?

How to set up several "From" addresses?
Hi, I was wondering how I can set up several e-mail addresses for using in the "From" field while composing a new message. In the FAQ it is described in https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/FAQs.html#customize from address, but unfortunately this does not work. In the second point it ist described to click on "Account Details" > "Add another email address" - Am I the only one, but I can not see either one of this labels... so I also can not click on them :-) So, how can I set up this? How about an option to add an event to your calendar from Mail? Here is the scenario, I have an e-mail thread going with a contact, we decide that we need a meeting, under "More Options", I can click "Add to Calendar". I schedule a meeting through a pop-up, Zoho automagically associates the e-mail thread with the calendar event and sends a meeting request with e-mail thread attachment to invitee.

Hi, In VO, is there a way to leave a copy of the message on the POP3 server. I am still new to VO and while getting acclimated, I still rely on Outlook and would like to be able to have these messages downloaded (I know, I know... this is not in the true philosophy of the Web 2.0 revolution, but for some of us, it takes time).

Problems with IMAP (BASE64 encoded mails, multiline headers)
Hi! By now there are two problems that make the IMAP access unusable for me. Zoho seems to decode the body of base64 encoded mails (Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64) When a header consists of multiple lines Zoho seems to fetch only the first line. The first problem means that Zoho already had decoded the mail. But since the header is still there the mail clients are trying to decode the already decoded mail again. How do I add Aviary to Business?
I love Zoho Business and find a big need for image editing and screen capture in my daily work routine. I've started to use Aviary.com and find it a great tool. How do I integrate Aviary into the Business desktop? Would love to see Zoho integrate Aviary into their offering, acknowledging that Zoho doesn't see the creation of a photo editing suite as part of the 'business app' space. Wrong search of addresses in mails
Hi, when creating a new e-mail, the search of mail adresses within the address fields is working only with the surname, not with the last name. "Jon Doe" can only be found when typing "Jon" and not when typing "Doe". After all, the address is "jon <jon.doe@mail.com>" and this is very unusual in official mails. Regards Vrumfondel
'Problem in listing mails'
Since yesterday, I have no access to my inbox anymore. When I open zoho mail, I get the response 'Problem in Listing Mails'. But NO access to my inbox, neither old or new mails. Guys, I'm screwed here - I use this as a work address, so without those mails I'm kinda lost.

Incorrect time zones shown in Calendar
In the time zones for Calendar all the time zones for central Europe are shown as summer time (CEST). No option is given to select the correct time zone of CET. The changeover date is not until 28th March.
SSO between Google and Zoho

So i registered our domain within Google Apps, added users. Then i opened Zoho site and signed in using my Google Apps account, then created an organization and associated the same domain within Zoho. Creating a Virtual Office with Zoho Business
I'm in the process of creating a virtual office to collaborate/communicate with my small business clients in an online accounting environment. As such I will be utilizing Zoho Mail, Docs, Writer, Sheet, Share, Meeting, Chat and Discussions. Would also like to integrate Zoho Projects and CRM as well. Delete mail from POP3 server
I added another pop3 account to bring its mail into ZOHO. I want mail to be deleted from the pop3 server when I delete it in Zoho however I can't make this work. I selected the new pop3 account and set "Delete mails in the server whenever I delete here" but it doesn't delete from the server. How can I make this work? Thanks.

missing send, attach, etc. bar above compose window in tab (firefox)
The compose window, when set to open new window has a bar across the top with send, address book, attach, etc. The compose window, when set to open new tab is missing this bar and I am unable to send my composed message! This issue occurs for me in Firefox, but does not happen in IE.
Signature not working....
I'm using Firefox v3.6 beta 3 over Mandriva. I have set my signature and also checked the add signature option. it says success. and even showing up the signature in settings. but when i try to send mails it does not add the signature at all. any way to correct it.? Thanks Rahul.
Emailing documents directly to folders in Zoho Docs
Here's what I'm trying to do with Zoho Docs and Zoho Mail. Problem personal zoho dashboard
I reported these issues before to Zoho via "contact" but had no replies so far. I have problems using the dashboard. I can't drag and drop some of the gadgets anymore. It is also not possible to remove a RSS feed out of the dashboard. I keep getting the following message: "Done, with errors on page" I can not enter "my events" directly via the dashboard, because when I trie to do this it won't appear as marked event. Invalid User when setting up mail account

I would like to setup all the accounts and permissions so we can have a trial period to see if its suitable for us. i have verified our domain name, however when i click on Mail Accounts under Users i get a Invalid User Error. i have enabled mail forwarding however i would like to wait until the test period is over until i forward the mail via out MX record. I have a series of (small) problems. 1) I can go to business.zoho.com (https:// before you ask) and it actually shows my email etc. 2) I can go to https://writer.<my_domain_name>.com and that works well (for sheet etc as well) by automatically redirecting to https://writer.zoho.com etc. 3) However both https://business.<my_domain_name>.com and http://business.<my_domain_name>.com do not point (redirect) properly to https://business.zoho.com ...
