Using Outlook Express and Zoho Mail at the same time to aggregate emails
Hi, sorry to bother you. I have been using ZENBE for quite a while to read my various email accounts while I'm away from my home PC. On my home PC I have Outlook Express which read and backs up all my various email accounts - leaving a copy on the servers. This enabled me to receive / send emails from home (OE), my laptop (Zenbe), from any other PC (Zenbe). As you are aware this free service has now ended and I have been looking for a suitable alternative. I thought that your ZOHO MAIL was it! So
Desktop keeps on Loading
The desktop application icons don't show as well as the desktop (boxes on right), and just keeps on loading. I thought it's just a glitch and might fix itself but this is the second day now with the problem. Is this unique to me or do others experience the same problem? I tried with my other account and it has the same problem. I was hoping to introduce Zoho to my client in the next couple of days. This is a great service ... keep it up. Thanks.

Hi, i want to create a custom mail login page for my domain. i've tryed to create a sub-domain for users on my domain to log into their emails from url - email.atandco-law.com i've changed the hostname from email - email.secureserver.net[points to hosted on godaddy] and changed it to email[hostname] pointing to business.zoho.com the customised login page appears but when i enter user credentials as account admin it gives the following error page not found sorry, there is no web page matching your

Confusing organization groups
I've set up organization groups in the control panel of Zoho business. But when I'm "working" in the Zoho business apps overview, on the bottom left there's a button "Groups" which leads to another kind of groups. They're obviously not associated or synchronized at all. Cannot reply to a specific email message
I've recently opened a Zoho mailbox. So far I've received 3 mails. With 2 of them I had no problems, but to one of them I cannot reply. When I click reply, the blue "loading" message appears for 0.1s to 0.5s, then it disappears and nothing else happens. I'm using FF 3.0.10, but it also happens on my IE 6... What should I do? Hey there, My customer's log into a wordpress CMS that I set up for them. I'd love to include several Zoho apps as addons to their service, accessable via iframe from within the wordpress CMS console. I would however like them not to have to authenticate to zoho once they've already authenticated to wordpress. I've been a long time user of Gmail and carefully watched Zoho products evolve. I've tried once or twice to make the switch from Gmail to Zoho, but there's always been one or two small things preventing me from doing so. Can't send emails to criaglist addresses!
Every single time I try and send an email to an anonymous craigslist address, this gets bumped back to me: Client host rejected: Blocked_due_to_excessive_spam_complaints. This is unacceptable considering I am applying for jobs and I can't send my resume. Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

Can't receive email
Good Morning, There appears to be a problem with my ability to receive emails. My last email received was 6:36pm last night and when I realized that, I tested and the test message was never received. New messeges begin from the middle of the screen
This happens only once in a while. I'm also not sure how to replicate this behavior, but it happens often enough to be annoying. Hello zoho team, I've read recently in the forum that you can point a cname sub domain to business.zoho.com, so I did it with office.<our domain>. Yesterday every thing is fine today I get this error: Domain not available You do not belong to this domain.Please check your portal URL again. Note: Our domain is already added & verified. Hi, We recently acquire a new domain that we want to be our default domain. I mean we setup business (and all Zoho services) with www.olddomain.com; now we want to access trought www.newdomain.com. I added, validated and set as primary domain www.newdomain.com I created MX records and activate mail service for www.newdomain.com I added new mail aliases for all users name@newdomain.com. and set as default mail account Now, for any user we can see the @newdomain.com account (Inbox, Trash, ...).

Background: I am trying to abandon Google Mail (because I think Google already knows/could know enough about me). Back there, I can move between messages using the "j" and "k" keys. In Zoho I can use Up and Down arrow keys. I Gmail I can use x to mark the current message. There seems to be no shortcut for doing this in Zoho Mail, is there? Hi all, I'm trying to change the logo on the business control panel from the Zoho default to our company logo, and I can't! I'm doing the following: from Control Panel / General, I select the Customize tab. I then select Custom logo, and browse to our company logo which is a 40 x 97 gif file. The 'No image available' message box still remains, and when I click on Save...nothing! The page is blank, and the zoho logo remains. Unable to open multiple docs on Zoho Personal - Desktop?
I like to Login in Zoho Personal and through desktop I open all the relevant docs to edit but I see that I can open only One document at a time whether its Sheet or Writer. Can u add a feature where we can open multiple docs thru Desktop instead of opening the application like opening sheet to edit a file and open writer to edit it. if my query is not clear let me know please. Best Zoho App for training documentation
For my freelancers, I would like to create a training area that would include text, images and video help to train them on the tasks I need them to do. I had a look at Zoho Wiki which has a nice navigation structure and lets me add text and images, but I am unable to embed video files in the Wiki. I looked at Zoho Notebook which lets me add text, images and embed video, but it doesn't really have a navigation structure suitable for training. Zoho Challenge is fine for tests, but not for putting training
