Mobile Edition - User authentication error (USER_NOT_ACTIVE)
I can't login to my mobile edition. I was in on my previous phone but I ruined it and got a temp phone and it din't let me login. New Note 4 also not letting me. The error is what I put in the title of this thread.
Potential Map View
It would be extremely helpful if the mobile app showed all accounts with open potentials in map view. You can do it for Leads, Contacts and Accounts but there is no way to do it based on account or contacts with current open potentials. Can you add this or show me a work around on how to do it?
I am able to change the default form layout online, but how do I do the same in the iPad app
I have customized the default ticket form on the web version of Zoho desk, and now whenever anyone logs in they use this new ticket layout. How do I do the same for the iPad or iPhone app, as they still show the default form that comes with zoho desk, where do you change the default apps on the iPad or iPhone app

Hi there, Has anyone else experienced problems logging onto the Zoho Android App? It's accepting my email and password, but then loops back to the logon page. Zoho mail app crashing on open - iPad pro
After months of use suddenly this morning the mail app (latest version) is crashing when I try to open it rendering it useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have rebooted the iPad. The iPad OS is 11.0.2. When the home button is double clicked showing all open apps, the email app is there, swipe up it “closes” but it never opens for use.

Keep crashing for a few days with iphone app. I'm last version of zoho app with last version of iPhone iOS. When I installed it 2 weeks ago it worked well. But now, it keep crashing everytime I enter in it. After 5 or 6 "send crash info"... the message disappear but I'm pushed out of the app a few seconds later when I click somewhere.
Android Mail App Not Updating / No Notifications
On my android phone, the Zoho Mail app isn't updating my inbox unless I manually update it, and I never get any notifications of new mail. I have push notifications enabled. Is there a problem with the push notifications? Thanks!
Mobile App push alerts repeating when no new message exists
I have been getting hammered with push alerts for 2 tickets today when no new replies have been sent (by the end user) It started earlier today with one ticket, I got a push alert about every 30 minutes or so. Now that one has stopped and another one is hitting every 1 to 5 minutes. As I am typing this, I got 2 push alerts within 10 seconds for the same ticket, and no new messages (for any tickets at all) have been received for hours

Event Location not navigating to the Map application in ios mobile
Hi, We have created an event in Zoho CRM with location details. In android mobile application, the created event has the location details with the link which redirects to the Maps application for the mentioned address. The same if we tried in the Apple IOS application, the link to the location is missing and is not directing to the mentioned address accurately. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? Issue with CRM Mobile App when wanting to change task owner
Hi, On the Zoho CRM mobile app (I use iPhone), when I try to assign or change the owner of a task, it only shows me (admin user) and one other user. The other 2 users are not shown as an option on the mobile app, but are shown on the desktop CRM. Anyone have an idea as to what is going wrong?
Android, location (GeoTag) problem
We are trying to connect “contacts” to an exact geo address/location. But the Thing is that when we copy the “plus code” addresses from Google Maps into the street address in the CRM, and then search for the contact location, it doesn’t locate it. This happens because it doesn’t recognize it, and we believe this is happening because the Zoho CRM app (in Android) changes the format. For example; it will change it from “7HQQ8FXF+CV” to “7HQQ8FXF CV,” and this is not recognized when searched by Google;

Permission denied when trying to log call from within Zoho iOS app
Hello, Whenever I make a call from within the iOS app, I am getting the error: "Permission denied to add record. Please contact your administrator." I am the only user on my account and obviously have full administrative rights. It just started saying this today and before then it would ask if I would like to log the call. I have my Zoho mail set up in my Gmail app on my Android phone - but the last email I received was on the 1st August... emails seem to have just stopped coming in. I can still send via the app, so not sure what's going on... Any thoughts? Thanks

Scoring incoming calls made using Zoho Mobile
I am using Zoho in mobile phones as means to keep track of phone calls both inbound and outbound. It is qute a nice feature to be able to log the calls and works quite fine for my small four users organization. Now I want to use lead's scoring, but I cannot manage to include CallType (inbound/outbound) as a scoring criteria. It is obvious that a lead coming from an incoming call is much more valuable and should be marked as such. Has anybody done somerthing similar, or has an idea on how to proceed?

Zoho Sheets on iOS, unable to import
I recently installed Sheets on my iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.1 and have been trying to import an Excel spreadsheet. It fails with "Error. Document failed to load. Reload the document listing and try again." I have also created a spreadsheet and exported it. I am then unable to import the same file. .. A couple times I got a warning that the app is outdated, but there is no upgrade available What's up?
Mobile CRM App - Log outbound scheduled calls
Hi everyone, is there a way to log outbound scheduled calls in the mobile app? I can log the inbound calls received by leads on my mobile, but can't find a way to do the same with outbound calls when calling from the "Calls" menu.

My question is: Does the ZOHO smartphone app automatically sync offline entries (entries made without a wifi or cellular data)? A user created a couple of Events from his Android phone last week and they didn't sync with the server despite being on the office wifi. They're still showing up when clicking on the circling arrows on the Home tab. Does the app not retry the sync by itself? Any way to force a manual sync?

Android app. Screen rotation
I have only just switched from Apple to Samsung and whilst I was really pleased to see the app, I cant believe that it only works in landscape mode. I have a Tab S with a Logitech keyboard attached. Whilst this is a brilliant setup it only allows landscape orientation. Other apps "auto rotate" this app doesn't seem to which in my case makes it unusable. Am I missing something. Surely this cant be the way it is supposed to be? Please help.
