Option to Disable Email Check in/out reminder
Hi good people, after using Zoho People for some time now and implementing for our clients, we realize that the check in and out reminder is indeed important. The only annoyance is the email notification. I suggest for options to have just the in-appCome, join our HR Community!

Hello What is the right setting if I have conditions like this: Can checkin several times and the admin can set the checkin hour once every hour or at certain hours on each shift and the hours can be modified. For example, the admin arranges to check in at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm every day and the hours can be changed and not employees who are absent manually but for hours determined by the admin / manager. And every checkin time set the employes receive notification on their mobile phone. We are using Peopleplus for user administration and along with it we have also subscribed to Zoho Recruit and Zoho Expense applications. At the present time, we only want to use the attendance features to track hours for a few hourly employees, and to track vacation time. We do not want to have our salaried employees have to check in and out. However, if they do not, then our reports are filled with a bunch of absents. To resolve this problem, is there any way to (a) exclude certain users from the check-in and out features, or (b) make certain shifts or users default to "present" unless they have entered leave? I have an issue with shift rotation. I tried to use it but failed to understand it thus far.
