Remove start date / end date of task once set
When you assign a date to a task there is no option to remove the date again. In case I have planned several tasks but would like to unplan one I need the option to remove itCan anyone explain how Teams/Roles/Users/Profiles are intended to work in Projects
I don't feel like our need is that unique, yet we constantly struggle to get/keep it working. Our Design and Project Manager Teams need access to every project. The only way we found to make this happen is to add those Teams to the Templates we use forAdd comments to invoice
When I create an invoice from Zoho Projects, the Project Tasks are listed as line items. I'd like the task notes/comments to also appear on the invoice. For example, one task is "Training". When I fill out my timesheet, I like to add notes about who I trained and what topics were covered. The invoice has a one word description "Training" on it. When I create task lists, intuitively I start with the first task to be completed and then progress to the final task. However, zoho projects appears to then save them in reverse, or inverted, order. This causes a problem because when it inverts the task list it assigns the S# according to the inverted order so the last task becomes the first task with an S# of 1. We have one user that can't login to projects even though access has been granted. This user can login to accounts.zoho.com but when login to https://projects.zoho.com/portals.do we get this error: Unauthorized login to this portal Permission denied to access this portal. Check your portal URL again. Sometimes we also get "server too busy". We have tried killing sessions (in accounts.zoho.com) and we have deleted cookies; and tried different computers and still the same problem. For some reason, when looking at the main list of projects, only the first 2 tags are visible. Doesn't matter how wide you make the column, you only see the first two and a "+X" where X is however many more exist. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. To customize, navigate to Task & Timesheet settings under Portal Configuration in Zoho Projects setup and enableCatch Zoho Projects' New Video Series!

I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria. Few points to be noted about task sorting: This option is available in the Classic View only (within My Tasks, Tasks & Milestones section).
