Task duration in hours with start date and end date
Hi, Each of our tasks have a number of hours that the employee has to respect. But most of the tasks needs more days than what the system calculates. Is there a way to override the dates? Let's say our project manager sends a design to be approved by the client. We create a task for 15 minutes but we give 3 days for the client to get back to us so the task should be 3 days with a duration of 15 minutes. Use more Task Layout is the same project
In the same project there are many type of works. Each one requires different fields, status or values in a drop down menu. Having the ability to choose the Task Layout for each task would be ideal. I would like to track my project budget based on somethin other than hours. We do not track hours or bill for hours. Instead, we pay fixed amounts to our outside vendors and other third parties to make the project happen. Is this possible in Zoho Projects?

Automatic upload of documents in feeds and comments
I was quite sure that in the past when I upload a document in a comments I always found it in the docs list of the project. Recently I have the impression is not working anymore like that. Is something changed. In the feeds I never had it to work. Am I wrong? So what's the right procedure. Should I always first upload in the documents and the associate it to task comments and feeds? Project and Task reports don't include archived projects

There is a link between Zoho People - Performance - Skills and Skillsets and Zoho Projects - Users. In the user page of Zoho Projects the skillset of a user appears in his User Page.
