Add key codes and friendly URLs to projects, tasks and bugs
You should consider a full review of how projects, tasks and issues are identified. I was a Jira user that moved to Zoho Projects and one of the features our company misses and needs the most is the ability to refer to a task or bug with a simple code instead of a lengthy - not useful - number. For example, when creating a project, ask the user to set a project key (4-5 letter unique code). Thus all tasks and bugs are created with this KEY as a prefix. Of course, this hast to be shown in the URL
How do I move a closed task to a different task list?
At the end of the day we need to print all of the tasks that were closed that day. After the tasks are printed, I would like to move them to a different Task List so it is clear they don't need to be printed again. Once a Task is closed, the box next to the task that you can check when it's open (to move, change priority, etc) is gone. I need that box back or some other way to move the completed task. How?

Hi there, I notice in one of your videos on youtube you show there is a milestone view on the gantt chart, but on my free account there isn't. Is this a feature within the paid for accounts? We are very small organisation with a few projects on the go and are looking to find software that will help us with project management. Milestones from imported MS Project
I am starting to use Zoho Projects for a collaboration solution in project management. I am able to import from MS Project and it populates the Tasks in the corresponding Zoho Project, but there is no way to associate the project's tasks to milestones created for following up project execution. Has anyone found a workaround to associate tasks from imported MS Project to Milestones in Zoho Projects? I've been using Zoho Projects for a while. Just set up a GSuite account for the company for handling e-mails, docs, etc. There's a Zoho Projects app for GSuite that I installed. Many of the comments say that it integrates GSuite and Zoho Projects very tightly. However, I'm not really seeing any changes. Add columns tasks - Urgent!

I have the need to use designs with users who do not have knowledge about PMI and need in the project there are extra speakers (in the tasks) to identify the Key User, more than one responsible for the task, anyway, i need to insert columns to track information in a clear manner. Feature Request: Default Timer Setting For Individual Tasks
Hey Zoho Projects Team, Every day, several times per day, I have to change timer inputs from "Billable" to "Non-Billable" in Task -> Log Hours. This can also be seen in the image below: I would really like to have the feature to set certain tasks to "Non Billable" by default. It would save a lot of time adjusting billable hours on the web portal and mobile app. If this was implemented, it would save me from making edits hundreds of times per month :-) Thank You, Chad

Hi all, I was trying to add users in Zoho Projects and found that my Zoho Mail contacts won't automatically come up when I type email address in "Add User". Also, I created a project in Zoho Mail, but it doesn't seem to be in Zoho Projects. Are Mail and Projects not integrated because I am using the trial version of Projects? Otherwise could someone please advise how to integrate them? Thank you!

Conceptual organization of Tasks
If you want better adoption of Projects, Zoho needs to follow industry-wide PM practices and nomenclature. There must be one person at Zoho that thought up this design and thinks it's great. The rest of the world is struggling to make this square peg fit in a round hole. The way tasks is conceptually organized needs to be thought through and re-structured so that it functions in a familiar way. Please, whoever you are, let go of your pride and make this module awesome!

Can we please get a search option in Templates > Task Templates? It's ridiculous to have to search through multiple pages in order to find the Task Template I am trying to edit.

I am working with quite a few different teams and I want to have a quick overview of tasks for certain teams (they work on multiple projects too - otherwise this would be relatively simple). What I am looking for is a filter save option so I can quickly switch between them, without having to select and deselect the team members each time in the task overview.

Tickets vs resource management
I'm looking for implementing Zoho projects. It's a great tool for managing new projects! But there is one thing I cant figure out.. We are a company which builds software. We have a lot of customers which work with our developed software. Our customers are used to create a ticket when they want a new feauture or the find a bug in the software. I can see that this is also possible in Zoho. But what I can't find is the possibility to add the ticket to a employee his 'planboard'. Is this possible?
Duplicating Templates from templates
Because we have multiple branches with different employees, we'd like to be able to Create a Milestone or Task List Template by duplication of an existing template, rather than having to create one from a Project (if not doing from scratch), then simply change the names of the individuals responsible for the tasks. It’s kind of a clunky process currently if we have to create a template from a project.

Hey, How can I create sub tasks? I have checked the documenation at https://www.zoho.com/projects/sub-task.html, but it seems to be outdated (screenshots are of older version). Am I missing something or does Zoho Projects doesn't have the option to add sub tasks?
Next task
I tend to use the Projects view so I can see an overview of all the projects I'm working on. But it'd be great if on that screen it was possible to see the next "task" due, so I can see what needs to be done next easily, without having to go in to each project. I often work on a number of similar projects at the same time, and like to keep them running at the same pace, but it's not really possible to see their progress side by side in Zoho.
