Hello, I am testing out ZOHO. I run a Non Profit Organization called Saber Amar in Chihuahua, Mexico. It is about promoting sexual education in public schools. Our budget is very limited. My question is: If we only need to manage 3 projects, can I pay only for 1 premium account and have the rest of the organization use free acounts? Thanks
change background in classic TASKS view
Hi, is it possible to format backround in zoho projeccts in TASKS in classic view. Something similar to format as table that you can do in excel. It is so difficult on m y eyes as there is so much of white showing. thanks.
Connecting projects
My previous post didn't seem to go through. Sorry if this becomes a duplicate. Is there a way to connect a project to another project? For example, let's say I want to create a project that has our company goals. Or maybe each goal is it's own project. Then I have a bunch of projects that are related to those goals. Similar to the way a Task List connects to a Milestone, is there a way to connect one project to another project? Thanks.

Is there a way to tie one project to another project? I don't think this software is necessarily built to do this but wondering if there is a workaround. What I want to do is to have projects tie to a company goal. That way, when people are working on a project/task, they know the reasoning, even if it's just to see it. Issues our agency is having - would like some insight
Our agency has some issues with our production when it comes to Zoho projects. Here are our problems. Any insights, tips, etc are appreciated. 1. Task Dependencies - we want to create task lists that have tasks that are dependent on the completion of another task. We thought this was possible but it assigns the task out anyway without the dependency being met. Anyway to fix this? 2. Task templates - we have task templates that are pre-assigned with dependencies. These templates have LOTS of tasks

Milestones do not complete on Dashboard
Hi I have set up milestones in several projects, allocated task lists to those milestones, added tasks to the task lists, and made the client user the responsible party for the tasks and milestones. The client user updates the tasks to show complete, and when all tasks are complete the milestone shows as complete. So far so good. However, when I look at the "My Home" dashboard, the tasks show as complete (good) but the milestones do not (bad). Can you help please? Thanks Cameron
Delete a zoho project
I created a zoho project from a mail id (abc@xyz.com) and associated three more mail ids with it. I deleted the mail id (abc@xyz.com) with which I created the zoho project. Now I am not able to delete the project as I dont have access to it. The other three ids are also not able to delete the project
Status notifications not working
Hi, Notifications by mail are not working when I publish an status even if I write the name of the people involved (@something). They have the notifications by mail activated. Do you know how to repair it? Thanks
Follow users as a manager
Hi, Is it possible to follow other users activities as a manager or as an employee? It is very uncomfortable to follow Task lists one by one (we have 6 or 7 projects and 70 task list per project). Thanks in advance
Error message "Set valid dependency Task dates may have conflicts"
When I try to enter a predecessor for a task I get "Set valid dependency Task dates may have conflicts" . How do I fix this ? ( Also what does this message mean )

Task Description - Need Plain Text in wysiwyg editor
Please add a 'source' button or enable 'plain-text-only' in the Task Description text editor. Otherwise, all the divs and breaks get piped through to other (integrated) platforms that don't read the html. Thank you

How to include multiple projects on one invoice?
I have a $20 subscription to Zoho PROJECTS. I have a free subscription to Zoho INVOICES. From within PROJECTS I have activated the Zoho INVOICES integration so that I can easily create invoices for the work I do in PROJECTS without having to leave PROJECTS and launch INVOICES. THE PROBLEM The only way I can create an invoice in PROJECTS is to first click on a Project then the side menu appears and I can create an invoice but the invoice will only feature work from that Project - not any other Projects
Asset Utilization Within Projects?
Can anyone recommend how to accommodate Asset Utilization (tracking an asset's use) within Projects? For example, we are a Chemistry environment, with instruments used for analysis, that we need to track usage for. There will be Tasks (analyses) created for each user that will be performed on any number of Assets (instruments), e.g. Analyze XYZ Samples (the task) on ABC instrument (the Asset). Change of Project's Domain
Hi; When I try to change the domain of our projects I see the following alert: "Sorry. Portal Owner Change option is disabled for Google-Apps Domain Portals." We are moving our team to another domain, main corporate domain, and as such want to disassociate the account from Google-app portal. How can this be done? Resource planning: locked in at only 40 hours for employee
Can someone confirm with me the flexibility of setting different level of hours for different employees while doing resource planning? We had the enterprise version of Zoho Projects but found that we had to set all employees at 40 hours per week. Has this changed at all? Is there more flexibility? Thank you.
Printing Gantt Chart needs improvement
Often I need to print out a Gantt chart for a meeting. The PDF generator does not provide page breaks (tasks are cut in half when printed) nor is the font readable. Any chance you will be able to take a look at improving this feature?
Copying docs from one project to another project in ZOHO
I would like to know if there is a central place in ZOHO where we can store the docs and which can be taken by other projects. I tried copying it in 1 project and pasting in other project but it did not work. I do not want to download it to desktop, as I am losing few features in the document. Also trash seems to be separate for each project if i want to copy it from there.

Is there a connection between Zoho Projects and Support? We are evaluating the products, not yet active users. We would like to track developers' time both on active project tasks and resolving open tickets. Tasks are not reoccurring
Hi There is an urgent bug that needs addressing. Since last Friday I have noticed on two projects now that the reoccurring i have set up is not working- The tasks are closed and they simply do not reoccur. I just tried on one of those projects right now and the same thing happened. -Reopened the most recent task -Set the reoccuring -Refreshed the project -Closed the most recent task once reoccuring set -Task just closes and does not reoccur even though the reoccur symbol is showing next to the task
