Who can view what in the project feed
Hi all. I am a little confused about the Feed tab and what the different project stakeholders can effectively do and see there. For example, I have client users enabled in a project and I noticed that they can post statuses that appear in the Feed tab. What can they eventually view of the Feed and Activity Stream timelines? Task role owner in templates
I am trying to set up a project template for our travel agency that is sales focused, so employess and staf involved, all know what tasks they are assigned for every new booking. In the owner column in tasks, i am only allowed to ad a specific person - available to the template project. I cannot add a role or profile instead, or at least not that i can tell. Filter Question
We use two main project groups - Internal and Client. I am using the brand new Zoho Projects. In the My Tasks view, I would like to filter tasks by a Project Group. For instance all tasks belonging to Client projects. If I click on filter there is an option to filter by project group, but it never works for tasks. No results are ever returned. Please advise. Hello, In alignment-meetings with teams it is very handy to go over all open tasks within projects to discuss & have further (status)updates and at same time edit or update tickets/tasks. Instead of opening each task (under the TaskLines) and edit/update each opened task in a seperate window/page, it would be extremely handy (and time-winning) to have a sideview (half page) next to the list of tasks under all TaskLines (as in a preview of a selected mail in a mail-client, or as it works in Jira)

Hello, Would be really handy to move several TaskLines in single action to another project. This can be especially handy if you decide to split bigger projects to smaller projects. Today we need to move each TaskLine seperatly which is really time- & action-consuming. Comments lost in recurring tasks
Is there any way to keep comments in one continuous thread for recurring tasks? It would seem that as the task is closed and then rolled to the next date (weekly or monthly interval) that all comments are lost once the task is completed. Can anyone suggest on how to keep these comments intact?

Task Comments Permitions
I have a suggestion. You can give the capability to the user in specific comments to give permissions which user can see it and for the other can be hidden. Of course default is all and then you can pick. I suggest this Idea because we constantly have a minor problem when in one task there is collaboration between managers and employees. hello, this is a very good feature but has a litle bug. When you want to add an event the time is always 1200-1200 as in image. Can this take the task time because we have each time to just clone the task hours there wehile we could only just create an event with one click thanks
Projects - Change Administrator
I don't see a way to change the administrator. In a very fluid and growing organization, I hope we are not stuck with the admin we started with? Is there some sort of work around for this?
Converting client users to company users
Hi I wonder if you can help? I would like to give greater access to the projects I am working on for a client. Can I change a customer user to a client user - that is to give them the additional functionality of a "manager" in company? Is there a downside to offering this level of visibility? (All tasks are set to external visibility as all work is visible to this client.) Sometimes in the course of working on the order for the customer they want a change, so we need to add a set of tasks around that change to our project task list. Remove Completed projects from main project list
How can I edit my main project list to not show Completed projects? Completed projects are no longer 'Active' so I don't understand why they still show. There is an option to view only Completed projects, so I don't understand why there isn't an option to view all 'open' projects or a way to do a custom view to only show certain projects statuses.
Google Shared Drive Attachment
We have upgraded to Google Business. The main reason is to use the Google Shared Drive feature. I am trying to associate a file in one of the Shared drives to a project and I only see files in the "My Drive" and "Shared with me " areas of Google Drive. Has anyone figured out a way to get files in the Google Shared Drive to be available to be accessed from Zoho Projects and CRM? I do have the Google Drive plugin from marketplace installed. Sigma Extensions Permissions for Client Users
Hello, I've been developping a extension for Zoho Projects. The goal is to embed a 3D file viewer for client for who we do construction project. In order to do that, I've been playing with the Sigma to create very basic extensions without third parties acces and test them. But it looks like whatever the widget location parameter have been set, the extension is not available on the Portal for the client. It works for Users. Is it a permission limitation? Backdated task completion date
Hello, Maybe I could not find the proper way to do it, but when entering tasks that took place in the past for an ongoing project, the system automatically assigned the current date when they were marked complete. Isn't there a way to enter the actual end date if it was in the past? Thank you

Zoho Projects and multiple brands
Hello, I have two brands: A & B. For both of those brands, I need to have customer portals in Zoho Projects. So if my customer from A brand will log in, he/she will see the A-brand logo, colors, etc. Of course same would apply for B-brand. Is it doable in Projects? Regards, PJ
