One time password sent to the wrong account
I cannot log in to my mail, firstname@lastname.com, because the Zoho system sends a one-time password to firstname@lastname.com. Sorry Zoho, I can't tell you that password because you won't let me log on :) What should I do to get the one time password

Yesterday i became unable to log in on any devices unless im using the web based system. I cannot log in on either android tablet or phone using Typeapp which i have used without problems for years. I also cannot log in on windows 10 pc using thunderbird.
