Manage marketing notifications from Zoho

With consent to marketing communications, Zoho will send you notifications regarding Zoho's products, services, and events from Zoho and its regional partners through email and text messages. When you sign up for a Zoho account, these notifications will be enabled based on the terms and conditions you agree. You can also disable them if needed.

Email address for marketing communications

We use the primary email address on your Zoho account for all sorts of communications with you, including the above mentioned marketing notifications. If you want to, you can change your primary email address or add a new email address.

Mobile number for marketing communications

You can choose any mobile number you want to receive these notifications. To select a mobile number for marketing communications:
  1. Go to accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  3. Under notifications, click Select Mobile Number next to Marketing Mobile Number.

  4. Here, you will get the list of recovery mobile numbers that are already added in your Zoho account. Select the mobile number you want.
To add a new mobile number
  1. Select Add new mobile number from the list of mobile numbers.
  2. Enter the mobile number you want to add and click Send OTP.

  3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number and click Verify.

  4. Now select your new number from the list.
Your mobile number will be added as a recovery number, which you can use to recover your account in case you are locked out of your account.

Enable or disable marketing notifications

To start/stop receiving the marketing notifications from Zoho:
  1. Go to  accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  3. Under notifications, turn on/off Newsletter subscription based on your preference.
