PayPal Payflow Pro Payment Integration
Super Admins and Admins can enable payments via PayPal Payflow Pro. Managers & Staff will not have access to this information.
Zoho Bookings facilitates service enablers or service providers to collect payments through
PayPal Payflow Pro.
Info: This integration requires an account with PayPal Payflow Pro. Also, make sure that PayPal services are available in your region.
Payments through PayPal Payflow Pro can be set up by following the steps below:
- Configure Payment Gateway
- Collect Payments on Bookings
Note: We have used the currency as USD for the illustration.
- Click Integration on the top right of the menu panel, then click Payments on the left side panel. You will find PayPal Payflow Pro listed under the Connections Available section.

Hover over
PayPal Proflow Pro and click
Configure.
Note:
Make sure that your location is in Paypal Payflow Pro's supported list of countries. The currency that you have set for your account under General --> Basic Information should be the same as that of your Paypal Payflow Pro account.

A pop-up shows up. Enter the required values and click the Set up button.
Note:1 Find the required values for authentication in PayPal's developer guide.
Note:2 Changing your currency here will also change your existing currency preferences under general settings. Make sure that that the currency that you have set for your account under General --> Basic Information is the same as that of your Paypal account.

PayPal Payflow Pro is now enabled as a payment provider.
Note: In order to receive payments, Online Payments must be enabled.
Note: At any give point in time, only one of the available payment gateways (listed above) can be configured. If a new payment gateway is set up while another is already active, the old one would be disabled.

Click the Online Payments toggle button and change the status to "Enabled".
II. Collect Payments on Bookings
Info: A price is assigned to a Service, in order to collect payments when an appointment is booked.

Customer initiates an appointment from the
booking page, selects
Pay Now and clicks
Pay and Schedule Appointment.
Note: Choose a suitable Payment Type for your business needs against the corresponding Services under the Service Information tab. The available options are "Full Payment", "Deposit" and "Optional". The below page is when Payment Type is "Optional".

The customer is directed to checkout for the required amount ($ 100 in this case). Customer clicks Pay.

The customer will be redirected to the Booking Summary Page, post payment. The status of the appointment is marked "Confirmed", on successful payment.

The Appointment Summary in the account also reflects the same details.
