Can I add attachments in my emails?
You cannot add attachments to your campaign emails. This is to maximize deliverability, as emails with attachments are likely to be marked as spam. As an alternative, Zoho Campaigns allows you to attach a file to your campaigns in the form of downloadable links, using the Attachment component of the Template Editor. You can place the link on an image or a button.
How to remove an attachment from the email campaign
- Click the attachment component you've added, and click the Delete icon.
- Click Delete in the confirmation pop-up.
