Can we customize sender addresses?
Yes, you can. Zoho Campaigns offers two ways to set up custom sender addresses:
- Based on custom fields: When you import contacts, the contact owner’s details (like name and email address) are stored in specific fields, which you can select from the dropdown and insert as merge tags. This way, recipients receive emails from their respective contact owners to build trust, and if any field is empty, the system uses the alternate sender name and email address you provide.
- CRM owner address: This option is available only if your account is integrated with Zoho CRM. When selected, the email will automatically use the contact owner’s name and email from Zoho CRM. If a contact doesn’t have owner details in Zoho CRM, the email will go out from the alternate sender name and email address you’ve set.
