Do I have to manually select unopened contacts from a campaign if I want to follow up with them?
We do have follow up actions available for the sent email campaigns, based on their opens or unopens.
- From the Navigation toolbar, select Campaigns and click Regular Campaigns.
- Click the campaign that you want to create a chain campaign for.
- Click View Report.
- Click Send Follow-up in the top-right.
- Under chain campaign, select For Unopens to send it to unopened recipients.
Note: You can send chain campaigns for all advanced campaigns except A/B campaigns. While sending a follow-up for unopens, the option to clone the previous campaign content will be enabled by default. You can disable it if you want to.
