Add a prefix choice in the name field

Prerequisite: Prefix subfield must be enabled in the Name field. Learn more

1. Open the form builder.
   
2. Select the Name field. Its  Field Properties  will appear on the right.
3. Navigate to the  Choices  section.
4. Click the + icon next to any existing prefix choice. An input box will appear below it.
5. Enter text containing up to 255 characters:
