Reorder prefix choices in the name field

Prerequisite : Prefix subfield must be enabled in the Name field. Learn more

1. Open the form builder.
2. Select the Name field. Its  Field Properties  will appear on the right.
3. Navigate to the  Choices  section.
4. Click on the  Move icon next to the required choice and vertically drag it to the required position.
