Understand form publish

Publishing the forms of an application will enable anyone to access it, even if they don't have a Zoho Creator account.
- Publishing the form will generate a permalink and an embed code for the component. The permalink can be shared with users. They will only be able to access that specific component. The embed code allows the insertion of the Zoho Creator form into an existing webpage. Once published, any changes that you make to the Creator application will be reflected in the published form automatically.
- The appearance of the published form can also be modified to suit your requirements. These changes can be chosen from five sections: Form properties, Headers, Button, Labels, and Fields.
- The republish feature will generate a new permalink and embed code for the same component while rendering the existing codes inaccessible.
Note:
- For the applications that have enabled Environments, you can publish only your forms that are in the Production environment.
- You will not be permitted to publish a form if it contains fields with sensitive terms. Learn more
