Roles that can perform bulk action:
- Organization Owner
- Organization Admin
Bulk actions allow you to perform certain repetitive tasks, such as adding a user or resetting a user's password, in less time. You can perform bulk actions when multiple users are selected, or by clicking

.
The steps to perform bulk action vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right corner. - Navigate to Users, then select the users you want to perform bulk actions on.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Navigate to Users, then select the users you want to perform bulk actions on.
Once you select the users, the following options will be displayed in the top bar:
- Reset Password
- Reset MFA
- Disable MFA
- Assign Group
In addition to these, when you click

, you have the provision to add
users and groups.
