Reopen and Reorder Tasks

Reopen a Completed Task

Tasks can be marked as complete when a user is done working on it. Sometimes, users might need to rework on an already completed task. In such instances, a task can be reopened and the user can start working on it.

  1. Select  in the upper-right corner and choose Closed in Status.
  2. Click Find to filter closed tasks.
  3. Click on a closed task to open it.
  4. Change the status to Open.

Reorder Tasks

You can drag and drop the tasks to change their order in the Classic view. The new order is saved automatically.

  1. Hover over a task to view the reorder icon ().
  2. Click and hold on the icon and drag and drop your task to reorder it.
