1.1 Prerequisite

- Navigate to Test Plans and click + Create Test Plan to set up a web test plan, or click an existing web test plan to edit.
- Select Web as the platform type, under Environments.
- Select Yes from the Enable Zia RCA drop-down. This field will only appear when the platform type is selected as Web.

- Click Create if you are setting up a new test plan, or Update if you are editing an existing one.

2. Viewing Zia RCA in results
Zia RCA's tags and analysis appear directly on the Results page, scoped to the environment you're viewing. You can view test case tags and metrics, and open the analysis for an environment or an individual test case.
2.1 Viewing the Zia Tag column and metrics
- Open the Results page for a test plan run.
- Select the environment you want to view. If the run covers more than one environment, either use the environment drop-down, or click directly on the environment from the Results page.
- View the Zia Tag column next to Duration. It is populated automatically as soon as the run finishes. Each test case shows its primary tag, with a +N indicator if additional tags apply. Learn about tag categories in Zia RCA for what each tag means.
The Results page also shows the environment's Total, Passed, Failed, and Flaky counts, and its Health Score once the environment analysis has been generated. Learn more about Metrics in Zia RCA

To resolve this:
- Click Retry Analysis to reattempt the analysis.
Check with a super admin or admin that the AI model configured under Setup > Operations > Zia is valid and reachable. If the issue persists, contact support@zohoqengine.com.
