Sin duda, este mes de marzo ha sido un mes que vamos a recordar durante mucho tiempo, lamentablemente por circunstancias que nos han hecho cambiar nuestra rutina por completo. Un mes lleno de cambios y de tiempo para adaptarse a la nueva realidad, que también nos han traído acciones positivas de solidaridad, de una mayor digitalización y de impulsar nuevas iniciativas y productos. Así es cómo se ha vivido el mes de marzo de 2020 en Español Zoho Community:

En el apartado de Novedades - Community Whiteboard hemos comunicado las dos iniciativas Zoho que pretenden mitigar los efectos negativos de la crisis del coronavirus. Por una parte, hemos lanzado nuestra suite para el teletrabajo, Zoho Remotely, de la que ya disfrutan miles de usuarios. Recordamos que esta suite es gratuita hasta el 1 de julio de 2020. Por otro lado, con la finalidad de ayudar a las empresas que estén sufriendo gravemente las consecuencias de la situación actual, creamos ESAP, o Programa de Asistencia por Suscripción. Este programa ya está ayudando a algunos de nuestros clientes de pequeña empresa con 3 meses de suscripción gratuita, y esperamos que lo siga haciendo. Por otro lado hemos hablado de la integración de Mercado Pago con varias aplicaciones Zoho, que ya facilita la gestión de pagos entre nuestros clientes de Latino América.

En nuestro subforo de CRM y CRM Plus hemos compartido tres nuevos consejos y trucos desde la serie Tips and Tricks. Descubrimos cómo agilizar tareas repetitivas (como escribir ciertos correos electrónicos) a través de las plantillas de correo de CRM; cómo dar acceso o restringirlo para algunos campos de CRM; y cómo utilizar etiquetas en CRM para poder encontrar ciertos registros relacionados a la primera.

En el subforo de Zoho One comentamos casos de uso de Zoho Desk en los que el cliente "sale" del tíquet, y las posibilidades de mantener el hilo. También vimos una solución para unificar los portales de Zoho Desk y Zoho Books en Zoho One.
