Onboard new users easily with native screen recording in Zoho Projects Plus

Communication involving both visual and audio elements tends to capture more interest among the audience. Whenever we onboard new employees to the organization, the task of engaging them in the induction sessions, and keeping the spark going in their trainings, decide the environment we setup for them.

On top of supporting comprehensive and agile project management within a single platform, you can use our native screen recording feature—WorkDrive Snap, to record your screens as you navigate through Projects Plus and also include a video or audio commentary of the trainer explaining project concepts to your teams.

To use this feature, navigate to WorkDrive in the left menu, click New and select Record. You can choose from the options to either record your screen or video or audio. Here's a step-by-step guide on using WorkDrive Snap.

These recorded clips can be saved and shared from WorkDrive, and also used as attachments in Projects and Sprints. Apart from user training, they can be used to share detailed video feedback, report errors, or provide updates with stakeholders.
