POP/SMTP issues with Gmail client & problem with support

Hello!

I've recently encountered an issue with POP/SMTP synchronization with my Gmail client. After issuing a ticket to Zoho support, the status shows up as "Invalid" and I haven't recieved any kind of reply. So I figured that maybe the community page could be a better way to find a fix for this issue.

Here's the original support request:

"Dear Zoho Support Team,

I am writing to report a problem I am currently experiencing with my Zoho Mail account. Recently, I have encountered an issue where my Zoho Mail is not synchronizing properly with my Gmail client.

Every time I attempt to sync, I receive the following error message: "Server returned error 'Bad msg size: 3552 -1'." More recently, after re-entering my credentials it has also shown a different error code: "Bad msg size: 4976 -1". Also my outgoing mail trough SMTP recieves a message not delivered response: "The response from the remote server was: 535 Authentication Failed"

This issue has been ongoing for a few days now and needs urgent attention.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your support and assistance."
