Signed up for standard subscription Zoho Assist but it still says free version
Hi, I have purchased the Standard Zoho Assist subscription - but when I go into a remote session and click file transfer - it says I am still using the free version. How do I set the subscription version as the default ? Thanks

I get this error when I try and Run Zoho Assist as a Service on a remote PC. I am evaulating this for use in my company. I have gotten it to work on a different computer, but I'm concerned by this. I did reinstall it multiple times to test.

Hello, I have created an account to use Zoho Assist. Features free plan for now are enough for me. My Panel shows me "Your trial version will expire in 15 days". How I change to the Free Plan? Thanks in advance.
Assist Desktop Plugin: Log in with Office 365 Credentials
Hello, I'm not able to log into the Zoho Assist Desktop client. At the logon screen (pic attached) it does not accept my Office 365 credentials, and there's no option to change the way you log in. I'm able to log into Zoho Assist online with my Office 365 creds just fine. Help? :) Thank you, Jade H.

Both Bulk Deployment downloads are corrupt
Trying ZOHO for the first time and both downloads for Bulk Deployment are corrupt. They are both zip files less than 1KB and won't open in Windows or WinRAR. https://assistlab.zoho.com/assist#/settings/deployment/bulk
Which level of assist will allow viewing without admin rights and remote control of keyboard/mouse?
I need to remote in to another person's pc, with them present at the pc, and without them having admin/install rights on that pc. I also need to control that remote pc's keyboard/mouse. Could someone tell me if free Assist offers these feature? If not at what level of Assist are they available, if any?
AVG preventing load of the Unassisted Support URL
When I attempted to go to the Unassisted Support URL to download the exe file I got the attached popup. Is there a setting in AVG that can avoid this? Or another solution?

Zoho Desktop Plugin Freezing
Starting about 3 days ago, when I attempt to use Zoho Desktop Plug the application just freezes at "retrieving user details". This is happening on multiple computers. We have to log in through the web interface instead, which is not as convenient. Any idea why this is happening? --Rick

Vertical Scroll Bars Are Not Displayed ALL The Time on Remote MacOs High Sierra Systems
I have noticed that I remote into my MacOs High Sierra system, that certain windows do not display the vertical scroll bars. In order to navigate within these windows, I have to use the arrow keys to move beyond what is displayed in the active window. I have attached a screen-shot of one such window. Please notice that there is no scroll bar displayed even though the mouse cursor is hovering over the area where the scroll bar should activate. I am able to get around this by going into the General
"Shift" characters not working on remote OSX High Sierra

Hi Zoho Just wanted to make a suggestion regarding Zoho assist. I noticed when testing on one of my other machines, when the technician ends the remote session, the assist box on the remote computer simply disappears leaving some confusion as to whether the technician has actually left or still has control / viewing access. I wonder if it could be possible that a confirmation popup could be displayed to the remote client that the technician has now left the session and now has no control or viewing

Unattended client install
I'm periodically running into instances where the unattended client install hangs on the remote machine and will not complete.There is no error message and the CPU and memory usage on the process stays static. ijbasically have to terminate with the task manager. Any advice.

I'm currently looking for an on-demand remote access tool for myself and a number of other technicians. I can see with the Professional version we can have 4 concurrent connections, I suppose my question is whether this is shared amongst all technicians in the account or whether we need to purchase a professional license per-technician?
Problem with deployment on workgroup
I am having some difficultly deploying onto our computers that are not part of our active directly. The Deployment Manager has found the computers and, if I plug in the wrong username/password info I get an immediate failure because of the bad logon info, with the correct logon info I get a "Failed" status with the remark "The computer is not reachable". We use PDQ Deploy/Inventory with these machines without much trouble.
How to switch to free version after the end of trial?

Feature Request
I am looking to get a list of Zoho assist sessions into Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM. I cannot see an easy way to do this? If there was an Assist API, that would do it. If Assist had a webhook that fired after a session, we could use that. If Assist allowed for scheduled reports, maybe that could be used. Any plans to implement any of these? Why can't I log off today?
The log off button does not have a drop down like all the others and I have disabled 'Keep me signed in'. Is this a consequence of the work being done to the site?

Proxy is LOST everytime Zoho Assist starts
This is 3rd issue I have with Zoho Assist, Proxy settings are NOT saved, everytime Zoho Assist starts the proxy server is blanked out AGAIN.... Why is this program failing to save Proxy settings or is this by design?

Assist Freezes Samsung Phones
Hello, Love your product. I have a Galaxy 7 and my 80-year-old mother a Samsung J5. After connecting to her phone, it freezes and I just get a an opaque rectangle. I can't control anything or see anything if she does something on the phone. I have tried it with another friend's Samsung and have no problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Hi Guys: I have sent invite links to my technicians. When they click the JOIN button, they are prompted to start a free trial! How can I get them from PENDING to Active? What could I be missing? How to change the Super Admin of a Zoho Assist account?
Hi, I would like to know how I can set someone else as the super admin of a Zoho Account? I was asked to test Zoho Assist and after 15 days the trial was over. I was the only one who was considered an administrator that could make a payment. So we did with my account, but in fact it should be someone else. UAC and Unassisted Client
Quick question. If I install the unassisted client on a computer, will that allow me to connect and see the UAC on the technician side (basically, install the client as a service)? I haven't played with the unassisted client and don't see a use for the unassisted functionality, but I need a way to get past the user having to type in a password at a UAC prompt.
