Campaign going to Spam
Hello, I am sending out a campaign but this campaign (and the previous three) are going to my Spam when I send the test. I have tried several test accounts, but mostly they aree going to Spam. I have read the guidelines Do's and Don'ts, - my subject line for this campaign is 2013 Campaign. This is very frustrating for me as I don't know whether my customers are receiving their emails or not. Could you please help? thanks Jo CleverStuff

When I design my email it looks fine but when I email the campaign out the width of the template has shrunk so all my paragraph spacing is way off. I tried two email address on different systems (Godaddy and Gmail) and same result. Why is this and can it be fixed?

Hello, I'm trying to prepare a new campaign using a basic template. Images are not shown inside preview nor in the test mails sent. When importing my list the email addresses that start with info@ get rejected. I need to be able to send to this type of address as I have a lot of subscribers that use info@ addresses.

Hi Guys, ive been using mailchimp until I found out i could use zoho to send out my mail shots. When I import my mail chimp HTML files it doesnt seem to import properly. Is it easier to just re-create the layout in Zoho? If so is there someone that can do this for me? Andrew

Using HTML Code, The Preview Works But Once Hit Save, The Background Color Doesn't Show Up
I've noticed on the forum, people have had issues with div tags and the Zoho assistance told them to use tables. Well, I'm using tables. When I copy and paste my code into the HTML editor, the preview shows up how it should look, but once I hit "Save & Close", my background color completely disappears. This is simple HTML code and I'm not understanding how it's not reading the background code in the tables. Is the automatic header and footer disrupting this process? Anyone else have this problem?

Custom Reports
Is there a way to create custom reports in Zoho Campaigns. I want to be able to see who are the most 'active' members of the mailing list, i.e who is consistently opening and clicking links on my email campaigns. In the email campaign reports i can see under opens who has opened the email and under link clicks details of who has clicked each link. Is there a way that this data can be used to create a custom report to show me who is actively reading and engaging with my campaigns?

Hi I tested Campaign themes for non-english environment. I works nicely when for some fields: one can change the Tell-a-fried link text, etc. But when the receiver actually clicks on these links the forms are all in English: Tell-a-friend, Unsubscribe notification (only the Unsubscribe confirmation notification can actually be translated). On the 17th of April I set up a sync to bring all "live customers" from ZOHO CRM to campaigns. The result was only partially successful - I got about 50% of "live customers". Criteria for this was a custom field in accounts. Today I tried to sync again with a criteria from accounts = rating "proposal sent" and got nothing. However there were 16 in the CRM. I have been using Zoho for a while. Recently, I started using Zoho Campaigns and I added myself and several co-workers as users. It turns out that one of them has already made himself a user on his own account. Now I can't add him to mine and he can't add me to his because both our email addresses are already in use. I created a email campaign using the template (business 2) with an image of our newsletter heading at the top, preview however shows a load of whitespace above the image. can I get rid of this?
Image listed not refreshing correctly
When I edit content in an email campaign and go to add an image (with image and text option) I get presented with a dialog asking me to selet or upload an image. When I choose to upload and then select the image to upload... nothing happens. I mean the image listing in the dialog box doesn't refresh to reflect to newsly uploaded image. I have to cancel and add the image again to be able to view/select the image. It's very annoying... can this be fixed please. BTW I'm using firefox

Pushing Click-Throughs to CRM
I recently sent out a campaign, and was able to push through the opens to the CRM. However, I'd like to be able to push through the clicks as well and have their click history append to their lead record. Is this possible? If not, is there a way to manually change the campaign member status? Clicked is not included - can I add this as a custom field?
