Zoho CRM Email Opt Out not updated in Zoho Campaigns
Hi, Our Zoho CRM Contacts marked as "Email Opt Out" are still subscribed to mailing lists in Zoho Campaigns. Why? Shouldn´t they be unsubscriped? Kind regards, Bo Thygesen
A/B Campaigns - how to see activity report of ALL users
Hi all, When I look at the activity reports from my A/B campaigns, I generally only see the data from the A segment, and not from the B segment or the "winner" segment (the segment that the winner of the A/B test was sent to). If I go to "A/B Split Test Results" then I still cannot see all the activity information for all of the people who received my email. How can I see all of the information, for all email recipients? Merging contacts from CRM
I ran a sync from the CRM and it stopped at 2500 which is what our current plan was. I did not realized this happened and then linked that mailing list to my campaign. The campaign went out to the 2500 names. I then restarted the sync after upgrading and another 1200+ names have come into the mailing list. How do I get the campaign sent to the additional 1200+ names? I don't want to duplicate it to the original 2500 but am not sure how to just pick up the new names. Need to this happen today
Posting a picture to post campaigns
I'm enjoying the Zoho campaigns and working on understanding the Social aspect of it currently. I'm working on a post campaign in Facebook and when I select the option for an image post there seems no way to upload an image anywhere. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, I've tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer and nothing shows up to pull an image into the post and you can't move forward without the image. One more question, currently I can only run one social page campaign at a time,

Ongoing Drip Campaign
Hi, I love the concept of Drip Campaigns and would love to have it automatically started when a new subscriber is added to a list. Is that possible? It seems like Drip Campaigns are scheduled for one-time execution? Also, if a subscriber is removed from a Mailing List while a Drip Campaign is executing, will they continue to receive the messages? Campaigns has not synced into the customer history on CRM.

Unable to post/run a Facebook Page Campaign
This is the error message I'm getting when I try to start a campaign for Facebook page. I'm just starting out so I created a few pages and deleted them to get the idea of how it worked. Now I'm finally ready to actually post one and I'm getting an error. Sync Additional Info From Campaign
Have sync updating campaigns in CRM no problem with contact info. Is there any way to also sync the numbers of emails sent, opened, bounced, etc to the general info section of the campaign so that info does not need to be entered manually? Thanks.

I have Synced about 4500 contact from CRM and organized into segments. When I look at the list segment, it appears to only contain 500 contacts. Is there a max limit per segment?

Hello, I'm receiving Soft Bounces from mail addresses related to the following domains: alice.it tin.it virgilio.it The details show that your IP is Blacklisted. Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [74.201.84.54] All the domains I quoted are part of Telecom Italia, the largest italian telecommunications company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telecom_Italia). How to modify column width

Do periodical syncs count towards daily limit of 5
I have a number of lists and keeping them updated by syncing changes from CRM is a challenge since I am only allowed 5 syncs a day. Because of this I have done once off syncs, but get the message below every time: You can use the Periodic Sync(Daily,Weekly,Monthly) option if you are going to use the selected custom view (or) criteria more than once. Do you want to proceed with the " Fetch Data Once "option ? If I set up to sync daily or weekly, will these syncs count towards my daily limit or are
Campaign cancelled due to bonce rate
Dear support team, We are about to import a lot of email addresses from our manually maintained mailing list (more than 100.000 email addresses). We have always removed all hard bounces, but not the soft bounces. We allready got a smaller capaign cancelled due to a too high bounce rate. What are exactly the conditions for a campaign to be cancelled? (in hard and soft bounces) Do you have any tips how we can verify our email list when importing it for the first time to decrease bounces? Thanks a lot!
Hidden Fields
I have created new field in Zoho Campaigns and mapped to my Zoho CRM. I want to include the field on the website sign-up form as a hidden field so I can track the page from which the lead originated. Can you suggest the form field coding to make the field and data label not appear on the form but be written the the response when completed? Or is there another way to accomplish this?
How can we view Campaign details in CRM?
We have synced our campaign account and added the ZSC auth code but we are not seeing any campaign details in CRM? I have checked and made sure that we have enabled create campaign and update campaign member status under sync services. Am I missing a step? I don't see anything in CRM under Campaigns! Creating a New List (Daily) with Converted (New Accounts)

Sign up form on website not working on Chrome
I have created a sign up from on Zoho Campaigns for my website. It seems to be working in IE but On Chrome it gives me an error message saying : Unable to process your request. Fields should not contain invalid characters An error occurred during the current request. Return to Home page Being that it is an email I am asking for it should allow special characters! Syncing with CRM
I am setting up our first campaign and have synced my list view into a mailing list. My questions are below: 1. I saw on another post that after an email is sent the leads status would be opened/bounced/opted out etc and that this would be reflected in CRM - where is the shown? 2. If a lead opts out in Campaigns, is that updated in CRM? If so how and where is it reflected? 3. Our current view is sorted off of lead status, if we go in CRM and change the lead status to one that would remove it

Add Fields to Embedded Signup Form?
My newsletter signup form (embedded) has just 2 fields: Email, Name. Also, the Name field is a single piece of data, whereas I'd like to capture it as two data fields (First, Last) so I can map this back to my CRM contacts. I'd also like to capture an optional field Company that would map to CRM Account. (1) How do I split up Name to be First, Last and capture separately? (2) How do I get my embedded form to show the 4 fields rather than just its current 2? Thanks.
Integrate header/footer in custom template
Hi there, Is there a way to integrate the standard ZOHO Campaigns header and footers in my custom template? I have created a custom template and now the footer with the unsubscribe field is simply attached to my template which breaks the layout and looks ugly. Would be nice to be able to use a tag to include the header/footers in the template and only if the tag is not available attach it automatically. Thanks
Creating New Sync/Mailing List - doesn't upload contacts from CRM
Hello, as written in the subject line I have problems with fetching the data from Zoho CRM when creating new Sync and therefore new Mailing List in Zoho Campaigns. When a subscriber becomes unsubscriber from a list, this contact disappear? I don't find a couple of contacts that became unsubscribes in my last campaign.
