When I synchronize the store with Zoho, will all the wordpress contacts be saved in a list including the administrators? or only those who are clients? 2. My store has 3 types of customers, since it is a membership site, is there a way to segment each type of customer once the synchronization is done? 3. My store has a personalized sign in and sign up form. It does not use the ones that woocommerce brings

Number of contacts in list decreased and display error
There is a phenomenon that the numbers in the "Total contacts" and "List growth" graphs in the Zoho campaign list overview are different. The target list is set up with CRM and daily scheduled sync. The number of contacts in the list was drastically reduced (2550 → 711) on August 31st. There was no error in the synchronization history or operation log.
Zoho Campaigns - Group E-mails not imported from Zoho CRM
Hi there, from another forum post I see that this has come up already: I have synced a list from my CRM account to Campaigns but all emails that start with "info", or "mail" or such did not get imported as they are labeled as group emails. They are in fact not email-addresses belonging to groups, but individuals whose email addresses just happen to be like that. problem in Campaign Preview
Hi, Something strange with the preview panel of a cloned campaign, it doesn't display the correct data. In the preview panel, the displayed content is a part of a previous campaign and a part of the new campaign. If I update the campaign content, close the campaign and open it again the content was updated. But If I want to preview the campaign and if I send a test campaign the content is wrong.bIf I create a model from that campaign, the model seems not be right created. I obtain a :-( Very Strange!
Auto Responder Email Not sending test
As the title states, I have a new autoresponder that is to go out next Monday. I have the content made, and when I go to edit it is it proper. However when I try to send a test to make sure it works it shows the old template that tI used. I have tried clearing my cache but it's still happening. Does anyone have any fixes?

Image in email not showing on mobile but does show on desktop.
Hi Zoho, I've created a campaign that has an image just under the first paragraph. When I send this campaign, the pictures shows on the desktop but doesn't show on mobile. I've also compressed the image so it's under 1mb and that still doesn't make it show. How do I make sure they always show on mobile? Please see images attached for reference. Not able to save sender address (same as account email) in campaign
Hi, today we tried to send our first campaign but are not able to do so. In the sender address, we are unable to save our own account email address as a sender. Further, when we tried to go to the "manage senders" page to verify the domain/address (which btw is the same as the account), we got the message "Duplicate address found". Can someone please help?
