Hello All! I have a few questions about "unsubcribes", We are currently in the process of implementing a re-engagement strategy. So far we Have recapture quite a few subscribers. But one of the main issues that we are going to potentially face is if we win back a Subscriber we want to make sure that the Unsubscribe flag is cleared in ZOHO. How will we go about adding users back into our mailing list? (batch updates- can we send you proof of their wanting our mailings?) Also we wanted to know if there

I sent you an automation email series and I scheduled the follow up email 7 days after joining the mailing list but I got a second email 3 days after joining the mailing list...does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

Can I save a template of a mail I already sent?
Hello, I worked and reworked a standard ZOHO template to fit the colours and design style of our company. Currently, I copy that email campaign (that was sent) so I can reuse the template for the new mail. Is there a way to save that email that I sent before as a template? Or do I need to start from scratch to create my own custom template? Thanks
Campaigns going to SPAM
Before we start using Soho Campaigns to send out thousands of e-mails, we want to make sure they do not end up in the Junk mail folder of recipients as SPAM! Did two small tests sending mails to Office 365, Gmail and Hotmail accounts. Tried both a simple plain text e-mail and a more rich HTML+Plain text version. Hi, I am using the trial edition of Zoho CRM plus and I was interested if a few things were possible and how to do. 1) Can you automate different email replies based on website activity. For example, a returning visitor has done perhaps one the following: been to the website 3 times, he is on the website now, he has downloaded 2 whitepapers, he has visited our shop twice; or even perhaps even if you change his lead score then send a mail. I don't understand what the format needs to be in order to import contacts. I have tried adding a header at the top that says: first name,last name,email address but that didn't work. The file I want to import just has those 3 fields. But every time I try to import that file it doesn't work. I have tried .csv and xls and xlsx. None worked. We have 2 domains with SPF and DKIM authentication checked within our Zoho account. Let's say they are: abc.com and xyz.com. We've been using abc.com regularly for a year. How to improve open rate?
Hello Zoho experts, We recently moved from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns and copied all the email lists. Now I just sent an email campaign which got an open rate of 16,7%. This is of itself not bad of course, but we had opening rates of 25% to 30% in Mailchimp before, with the exact same mail adresses. Syncing Invoice To Campaign
Is there a way to sync the invoice data to Zoho Campaign (just with the contact name attached to the fields/modules)? When I tried syncing the first time it asks me for email address. At this point, it would be impossible to create a new field and add everyone's email. Please help!
Not receiving test emails/campaign reviewed emails
I am not receiving test emails to ensure that my campaign is formatted properly. I am also not receiving email notifications once my campaign is reviewed, approved and ready to be sent. This has been an ongoing issue for me. Thank you for your help.
RSS Feed Not Working
We have an RSS feed that we are using that used to work and then stop working all of a sudden. We made a clone of the campaign and then tested it with a feed from the development environment of the same site and it worked. The two RSS feeds are structured exactly the same so it is difficult to find what is causing this issue. Has anyone had any issue similar to this?

Hi I have followed all the discussions regarding the Sync of contacts from Zoho Crm to Zoho Campaigns. I have edited the fetch, selected all data and initiated it. However once the sync is complete I am still missing the newly updated contacts on Zoho Campaigns. How do I fix this? Thanks
email layout got shrinked to 1 column in Zoho campaigns
I created and imported an email in zoho campaigns. However zoho is shrinking the layout. Why ? I have places where there are 2 columns, but the layout is shrinked to 1 column. Any idea why an how to resolve this problem.

Can I use a custom field in CRM to select in Campaigns
I have a custom field within my CRM which designates a group/sub group. I can use it as criteria to sync a list but not to produce sublists within the campaign, should I be able to see the custom field within campaigns? I cannot map it or select it in Campaigns, it is a multi select format.

Hi there, I would like to send out an email campaign to all the unopened contacts of my A/B test campaign. I have read that i'd have to export the contacts to a new mailing list. Could you give me some guidance on this please? I have exported the contacts and it auto-downloaded to an excel spreadsheet. What are the next steps? Missing link in email
We had a large mailer go out (28,000 recipients). In the email included a URL after the words "click this link:" It appears that for some the link appeared but for many there is only blank space where the field should have appeared. Has anyone experienced this or know what would cause the link to only appear in some emails?
