Can I use an external HTML editor to create the contents of my campaign e-mail then import the HTML? If so what editor would you recommend using? Any advice would be greatly appreciated David

Campaign test email loses formatting when sent
I'm designing an e-mail newsletter in Zoho and it looks perfect in the Zoho App but when the message is sent out as a test the formatting is lost. The message was originated using one of the Zoho templates. The letter is formatted with 2 columns @70/30 ratio but when sent the 30% column drops straight down the right side of the page to have the top of the 30% column aligned with the bottom of the 70% column. When the letter is opened in a browser the 30% column is displayed directly below the 70%

Campaigns - Unable to view previews or documents in library.
Is there an issue with opening previews in Campaigns. I cannot seeme to be able to open previews - nothing is happening. Is there some settings on a recent windows update that could have knocked something our? Any one else have this?. I have even cloned one and tried to open this - still nothing happens. How to activate workflow?
I have created a workflow and the content has been approved. I cannot activate it. The 'Activate Now' button that is supposed to appear next to the Save as a draft and cancel buttons is not there. Any reason this may be happening?
Sync didn't sync all Leads
I created a Sync and in CRM it shows 50 more Leads as per my criteria than what has shown up from the Sync. Can anyone explain why?

The contacts that are synchronized from Zoho CRM Campaigns are lower. We Zoho contacts in 2531 and synchronization, the list of contacts in campaigns is 1791 subscribers + 112 Canceled suscription + 58 bounces = 1,961 total . Where I can see what happens to the rest?
Is it possible to customise the Update Profile form theme and content?
We have set up Signup form themes, and want to use the same theme for subscribers when they use the "Update profile" link in the campaign footer, but it seems that the Update Profile form always uses a default theme? And a related question (actually I think this is a bug) - in the update profile form we have an Employee numbers field as a drop down list (choose 1-20, 21-50, 51-200 etc). But both the default Update Profile form and the Signup form pull up every value in the subscriber list and uses

Hello, we have problem with mail delivery to @seznam.cz @email.cz @post.cz email. Report shows, that all has been delivered but non of them actualy does. Can you please check the situation, because it is big problem for us, it affects almost 22 % of our current customers, and 26 % of potential customers in leads. Which is huge number for us. I need to trigger an email campaign for contacts who have a entry in a date field > 5 years ago. This is an ongoing requirement, so I need to set up an autoresponder rather than setting up a one off email campaign. However, the autoresponder set up only appears to allow a trigger +/- 3 years from a date field. Any ideas? Thx Phil

Change Background Color never shows actual HEX Color
14 month ago I reported support (was paid campaigns) that in the mail editor it never shows actual color of selected element (I only tested backgrounds). This is very inconvenient, especially as the picker has a bad usability. I have to keep a text file with all color HEX codes needed. I'm disappointed about zero progress in improving mailing template editor. I must ask, does Zoho Campaign cares so less about their clients, or do they have no clients, so no pain?
Campaign Status sync for Leads
Hi, I am curious to why the 'Campaign Status' for Leads doesn't get updated like the one for Contacts, when we send out a certain newsletter to almost the same list every time? We are using Zoho Campaigns to generate interest, using a combination of Zoho leads, Zoho contacts and 3rd party lists. What are the best practices to automate sales follow up action for e-mail open and e-mail click through actions? This seems like an obvious requirement but I cannot see how to automate these workflows and ensure that campaigns are effectively followed up by sales people.

Hi, I set up an email campaign just with txt, no html as my previous campaign with both had few open clicks. My surprise is that I cannot track the amount of registered clicks with the txt campaign. So far I can only see to whom it has been delivered. Please explain if there is there a way to track open clicks with txt campaigns. Thanks.

How do you segment with custom criteria?
Hi, I want to send different segments of leads different email content. Therefore I synced all CRM leads to Campaigns. I now want to create different segments defined by custom fields I created in CRM. Problem is that I only see standard fields to segment on. I have tried to create custom fields in Campaigns which I could use in segmentation but which are not connected to my CRM and therefore are useless. Could someone help me with segmenting on custom CRM fields? What I want is: 1. sync leads

Problems syncing from CRM to Campaigns
Hi, our company has been using Zoho Campaigns for about 1 month, we have figured out how to create a campaign in CRM and sync it over to Campaigns, the only problem we are having with our syncs is that any email address that begins info@ won't sync. HTML editor help
Hi, I am planning to run a campaign wherein I would send an image with 2 clickable links on it, no text. The image is cut into 4 parts, top, left, right, bottom and they all come together as 1 piece of image in the final copy. I have tried to use "style=position:relative;" to arrange the cut images with relation to other images. It works only when I am in the editor mode. Once I exit the editor mode, it goes back to linear alignment in the preview. When I open the HTML editor again, I notice that
New subscriber vs. Old subscriber?
I have different Sign up forms for different services on my website. When someone uses a sign up form is there a way to automatically determine if this e-mail has registered before on any of my mailing lists? I want to be able to go...if they are new send them "X" e-mail which has an introduction to our company as well as sending them the information they asked for. I have tried everything to edit my campaign template in html. I edit the template in the normal way and insert the changes via html. Nothing happens. I have tried making a clone of the template then editing that. Still no change. Please please please help!!!!!
