Cannot edit campaign copy
The layout of Zoho seems to have changed significantly and there seems to be no clear way to edit my campaign copy. Please help!!!
Google Analytics Setup
I have always clicked on the Google Analytic tick box when I create a new campaign to send. I am not sure of whether I need to set up anything else in my Google analytic, as i cannot see anything in there or any reports for the campaigns just our website data. can anyone help with this?
New user not seeing campaigns and contacts
Hello, We recently added a new user for Zoho. Today I noticed that she is not able to see the campaigns and contacts other than the ones she has created heself. We have plenty of campaigns and contacts those are viewable in my administrator account. I thought perhpas I could manage permissions under users and permissions, But I see the standard Profile has almost all the same boxes checked that should allow her to view, create, edit and delete campaigns. How do I make it so she can see all of
CRM Fields Driving Campaign Automation
I am just setting up workflows and automation for our accounts. My thought was to to have the CRM module take the lead, so the web form would be from the CRM. When the lead is logged in the CRM, I want to be able to set a field that will be synched down to Campaigns. Ideally this field would be the stage field on Potential, but I could also set another field on the lead/contact record that would reflect current stage. Either way, when this got synced to Campaigns, I'd like it to trigger a workflow
Restricted Access in Campaigns (SYNC Setting with CRM)
Hi, This is the case, - we have aaccount in crm and campaigns - then we create another account and invite it to this company. - we change super admin in CRM and admin in campaigns to this new account. - we deleted old account. - now when i want to set a SYNC in campaigns to CRM (Push Data to Zoho CRM) i get "Restricted Access to Sync Contacts. You do not have permission to access this page. Only the owner of this configured CRM account can sync the contacts." And also i couldnt delete a sync. Waiting
Why my campaign was stopped ? Why did I loose 5970 contacts in once ????

Invalid ZSC Key when trying to sync contacts in Campaigns
Hello, I've really messed up, I think. I'm trying to sync my contacts into Zoho Campaigns. I had problems earlier and decided I should start again. I deleted everything and regenerating the ZSC Key. Big mistake. Now I'm getting an error message. Screen shot attached. Thanks, Margery
Syncing Contcats from Zoho Creator
We have 1 sync created in Campaigns that brings contacts from Zoho Creator over to Zoho Campaigns. We would like to have a few more contacts/leads from Creator apps sync to Campaigns. When I try to set-up in Zoho Campaigns we get an error message like the one below. How do I proceed??? Error occured. please try again!!!

Subscribe Form does not work
I am trying to create a sign-up form for an e-mail list in Zoho Campaigns. I want this form to be accessed from a web page I have hosted in Zoho Sites. I used the wizard to create a button as well as a form, but in each case, the actual button to submit your data doesn't do anything. Is anyone else having trouble?

Search function not working
Having just imported a list of users, the search function is unable to find them. When searching by last name, email, title or any of the headers associated with the users, the search function can not find them. However, the search function is able to find campaigns within the database. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If a portion of the list has hard bounced, are they omitted from the list automatically?
It is tough to know for sure why, and we want to clean up our list so it has no hard bounces at all., but are hard bounces automatically taken out of the main list in the case that we wish to do another mailing with this list before the months end/

Can anyone confirm whether you can send out a mailing to a list that you've bought from a third party broker? The contacts on the list have given permission for their details to be passed on, but we're getting mixed advice about using Zoho in this way.
Spacing issues when copying from Microsoft Word 2010
HI, I am attempting to create an email campaign template within Zoho Campaigns. When I copy and past the text from a word document, the spacing between the words becomes pushed together in about every fifth to seventh word. I have even cleared all of my Word formatting before pasting into Zoho template. Can anyone advise me on this issue? Kind Regards, Jeff

Image sizes on outlook
Hi, I'm with a problem when I put an image on editor and try to resize it. In the browser the looks is ok, but when I receive the email in outlook, the image is bigger. I get this error message on preview
I am testing my campaign and when I sent a test to myself.... In one of the tables, I get this error after some of the text: <!--[endif]--> It doesn't show up when I preview the mailing in Zoho...but when it's sent...it does. Can you help me? Pam
Campaigns not syncing with zoho crm
Hi, There is an issue with Zoho Campaigns where it is not syncing with Zoho crm correctly. Every time it is time for a sync the sync fails and the sync job goes into an inactive state? This worked up until May 2015 and we are just noticing the errors now. Any ideas?

can't add the user and can't sync!

He sent an email to campaigns support team to reveal his association with another company earlier this week but no answer yet!!! 2. Mailing List synced with Contact Manager (via tags)
I want to use Campaigns and ContactManager (NOT CRM). My requirements are very simple: I want a series of mailing lists that sync with contacts with certain tags in ContactManager. So when someone's tags are changed they will automatically be added to the mailing list so they get the next communication. I am getting bounce backs when sending test emails. The message in the bounce back notification is as follows: "A URL in a recent email campaign (tell-your-friend . com) is listed on https://spamrl.com/." This is causing emails to not be delivered. HTML editor in the Template and campaign is stuck at Loading
The editor for templates and for the campaign does not allow changes. At the top of the screen it indicates Loading and this never goes away. It is not possible to change anything through HTML editor. I have cleared my cache and tried it in multiple browsers and computers and nothing works. What do I need to do different? Hello! Are there limitations on the amount of autoresponders that you can use in a given campaign? For example, say someone clicks on a link in an email, can you send multiple emails to that person at different lengths of time automatically, and then if they click on something in one of those emails, send them a different trend of emails. Hi, We have a small list of customers that have been added to our list by signing up in person at our place of business. We sent out a mailing announcing an event and one of our customers put us in his spam folder accidentally. I recognized his email address as our only complaint from our latest campaign, so I called him and this is what he told me. He told me he then removed the email from the spam folder but apparently the damage is already done. Of course, he wants to be added back to the list
