ZOHO footer issues on Mobile
I was testing a few of my Emails and noticed that the footer are center aligning on Mobile devices, I need to resolve this issue . and since i have no control over the coding, I don't know where to go to get this resolved. In Outlook everything is fine, So our footer should 3 lines but te top and second line seems to wrap.

Conflict between Zoho Campaigns and WordPress
I installed the Zoho Campaigns WordPress PlugIn and the WYSIWYG interface switched from drag&drop objects and text to what looks like code. I think it also knocked out out WP Chat Support plugin which was working flawlessly up to that point. We are excited about Zoho CRM...I started inputting Leads yesterday. This is a big obstacle though. I hope we can get it solved. My reputation is hanging in the balance :)
Cannot upload image to HTML & Plain Text email
All images I try to upload meet all requirements and I still cannot get image to upload. Each time it says "Problem inserting image file". Help?
The url of the campaign does not work
Hi, In ZOHO campaign, I inserted the url in the text. After receivng the test e-mail, I noted that the url only direct me to the main page but not the desired sub-page. I'm very surprised because the url address is right. Please advise. Michael
Email Campaign with Javascript
Hello I did a HTML that calls for a XML file using Javascript. But after I add the code to the HTML editor and click save&close, it erases everything over the body tag, and almost re-write the whole code. Can I somehow edit the whole HTML, including the head tag that holds my Javascript? Or the HTML editor only allow us to do basic customizations? SPF and DKIM Authenticated but DKIM does not appear in source of email
New to Zoho and testing it out. I brought over one of my domains, set it up for email and successfully added and authenticated both SPF and DKIM in Zoho Campaigns. With other email hosts that I've worked with, my outgoing email will show Mailed-by: domain.com, and signed-by: domain.com. Even though my TXT records are verified with Zoho, and have verified on 3rd party sites, only the mailed-by: domain.com appears in my email. Search from contacts list
I recently added a new category to my main contact list and when I am trying to find people within that category it says there is no information. For example, to my contacts list I added a column for "Reference" when I type to search and find references it gives me no answer. It should find people using other things apart from name, right?

Sync Postponed - can we resume it please?
Hi guys, I've been fixing up a sync issue (sync'ing both leads and contacts to the same list was causing subscribes + unsubscribes); I've now setup the syncs properly but my sync is postponed for today. Re-engagement campaigns
I want to create a series of re-engagement campaign for an opted in mailing list, the list is about 14K, i was thinking about staggering the list out in order to not send too many mailings to the list. Do you guys have any suggestions as my main concern at this point will be the bounce rate. Which I noticed the system does not seem to distinguished between Hard and Soft bounces in the reporting. Do you have any case studies on these types of mailings? What have some of your current clients done?

After installin Zoho campaigns for wordpress can't see API settings
Hi, I juste installed Zoho campaings on my wordpress site. When I want to setup the API, the page is completely empty (my admin board is there and everything, but in the API settings there is nothing to put my API key). I removed all caches, still the same problem. Other thing, I installed Zoho SalesIQ for wordpress plugin too, and it seems that when I put the code, and click save, nothing happens ... Zoho Campaigns plugin corupts theme

Working across ZOHO CRM, Campaigns & Surveys
I want to run a satisfaction survey in connection with won potentials. Initially I want to do this as a test. In future it would be great to automate this process. Each potential is registered to a specific account and an individual contact. The potential is registered in ZOHO CRM. The survey is created in ZOHO Surveys. I link to the survey from a ZOHO Campaign. I can sync from ZOHO CRM to ZOHO Campaigns - but NOT from the potentials only from leads/contacts. I can't see any field that could be used
2 list merge and contacts disappeared
Hello, In my account, I had 2 segments 'Spain' and 'Italy'. As we merged the contacts into a new list 'Spain-Italy', the contacts seem to have disappeared and there is also no previous 'spain' or 'italy' lists. The new list 'Spain-Italy' is empty. How can I retrieve the contacts? This is very urgent. Thank you.
Captcha not working in IE or Chrome
The captcha on the form from Zoho campaigns is not working on IE 11 or Chrome. The captcha is not displaying therefore am unable to submit the form. I used the embedded code option from Zoho Web Form and inserted it on my page in WP. I understand that users have had this issue recently which Zoho seems to have resolved according to the forums but it appears to be broken again. Please advise.
Managing Drip Campaigns
I have established a drip campaign that follows up Leads with a series of emails. The leads are originated via my website and integrated with Zoho CRM. I have also established a link between these leads and a specific mailing list within campaigns. However, it doesn't appear to be running the drip feed on a continuous basis - i.e. when a new lead is processed. What do I need to do to set up such an automated process?
How do I Re-Sync My List - Creator
I have a list in my zoho campaign application that pulls contact data from zoho creator. When I initially set this up it imported all of my contacts from zoho which worked fine. Now that I have made some changes to some of my contacts within zoho creator, I need to re-sync the contacts within zoho campaign. How do i resync? Or do i have to delete my old list and create a new one every time I make a change in creator. I would like to automatically/periodically update the contacts. How do i re-sync????
Import HTML file + ZIP failure
Hello, I regularly use Zoho to send emailings to customers. I always import an html file I've made and a ZIP file with my images but today it doesn't seem to work. I also tried with a different browser, but when I upload my files, the page loads and then nothing. Would you have an idea what the problem is ? Thank you !

Unable to insert URL link in autoresponder email
I am editing content in an autoresponder email and would like to update a link. I am trying to insert a URL link using the 'insert link' icon but after clicking OK on the pop up window, nothing happens, thus I cannot save the new link.
CRM to campaigns not syncing all contacts
When we set a sync within the Zoho Campaigns environment to sync contacts from our CRM system to a CAMPAIGNS list it is not syncing all relevant contacts (e.g. Just 30 out of 40 new contacts). The criteria for syncing are exactly the same for these contacts so we don't get why this happens. Can you help us out?
Free Account in Campaign, telling me I do not have enough credits
I have a free account with Campaign and I've sent two emails, both in March, approximately 1000 contacts each mailing. I'm now trying to send another email, and it's telling me I do not have any email credits. I need to get this out today, so I was going to pay to send them.... But the payment screen does not ask me for credit card info or anything, and even though I'm trying to upgrade, it is still telling me I do not have any email credits. Yet, the website is not asking for payment information.

Campaigns won't Sync with Creator
I am unable to create a sync with Campaigns and Zoho creator.. We are a paying Creator customer evaluating Campaigns and Sync has never worked. We get an OOPS! "An Error on Our Part" message and can't even begin to setup the sync. We reported this 2 weeks ago and again 1 week ago and were told in both instances that we would receive a response from Zoho within 24 hours and nothing. No Followup. Please help. Thanks

Cannot see our campaigns in Zoho Campaign
First of all I want to make a formal complaint to ZOHO Campaign: I chat several times with Zoho CRM, called several times and now one gets back to me even when promised to call back in 45' The issue: We launched our campaign yesterday and while my colleague can see the details of the campaign, in my window it does not show the details/reports as with him, although all the Campaigns are listed in the Dashboard. Can anyone help here?
Insert functions in Campaigns not working?
When creating content for email campaign in Zoho Campaigns, I cannot insert an image nor can I insert URL link (???). I have done this before successfully, however, these insert functions do not appear to be working. Is there a problem with the Campaigns module?
Email link colour
Hi Is there any way to change the link colour of an email link? I have the obvious of highlighting the text and changing the colour but when I send a test email it defaults to the colour blue which is a problem as my brand colour is turquoise it is not standing out
Message Unable to download image from specified URL
