Custom fields missing on Workflow
Hello, I connected my Zoho CRM account to my Zoho Campaign. I would like to create a Workflow using some custom fields I created on Zoho CRM under Leads. The problem is that under "Workflows" on the "IF" dropdown" when choosing the Lead Fields I don't see ANY of my custom fields, only the default Zoho fields. Can you explain what am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks
Fonts inconsistent across devices.
Hi Guys, This is pretty serious. I sent a campaign today using a font (Calibri), and in my haste, forgot to check the test on my iPhone. Disaster. Fonts were crappy and inconsistent in SIZE as well as the font itself. Calibri seems to resolve as Trebuchet on an iPhone. I notice there is a serious bug when changing font size to 11 points while editing - all formatting disappears! I showed this to Naveen on shared screen session. PLEASE fix these, or at least offer an iPhone/mobile preview feature,

E-mail body not displaying during live-test
Good day I'm experiencing a really strange error with a new campaign: after I import the HTML of my pre-designed e-mail into Zoho the e-mail previews correctly within Zoho. When I send a live-test, however, the 'content' block does not display at all (only Zoho's own header and footer)! Is this due to some encoding issue in our HTML, or an error with the way Zoho is importing the HTML? Auto-approve campaigns with less than 20 recipients?
Often, I like to test a campaign with my colleagues. Our emails tend to contain a lot of personalised content, and so just sending it as a test email within Campaigns doesn't really give a proper test because data is missing. If i am doing several of these, it is a pain to wait for Zoho to approve a campaign. So here's the answer... Less than 20 recipients? Send straight away! Custom fields not populated when I want to edit the customer
Hi, I added some custom fields to my Zoho Campaign and include them in Sign-Up Form. When new subscriber is added to the list the custom fields are populated too. When I open the same customer for editing - the custom fields are empty! I tried to edit such customers both in Chrome and IE but the problem is the same. Please help! I created a contacts custom field titled "Will you refer me" If they say yes, I type the word Yes into the custom field text box I would like to send a single email to all those that have said Yes What is the simplest way to do this? Campaigns User Associated but Cannot Verify

How do I associate Do-Not-Mail addresses with specific distribution lists?
Like most people here, I have multiple e-mail addresses set up on Zoho Campaigns and multiple lists. I know how to bulk-import a 'Do-Not-Mail' list, but I can't see any way to associate these addresses with a specific list? Is there any way to do this? Dear zoho team, I want to create an E-Mail template. It should contain an image from a Web URL. Because we have a specific image (a specific URL) for each of our customers I would ask if it is possible to use a Merge Tag either to implement the tag in the URL (e.g. https://example.com/$[UD:URL]$/thumbnail.png) or to use the merge tag for the complete URL. Hello, My email newsletter contains text that mentions a lot of times and dates, and they automatically get turned into blue hyperlinks. The URLs lead to the calendar feature in the email client. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? I'm assuming this is more of an issue with the email client itself, but I was wondering if you know of any way to avoid this. Thank you.

Can't segment contact list on Zoho Campaign
Hello, We have a list synced with CRM Lead module. We have created a custom field (Lead status) on Zoho campaign to fetch the 'Lead status' from CRM and it's fetching the data properly. But whenever we create a segment based on 'Lead status' field it can't create the view instead we get following message. When we click on Edit , it shows 'Error occurred, please try again!!!' Hello, I've set up to sync all open leads to a particular list, then used automation feature to building few separate list based on lead status field value of CRM to run specific autoresponder. Hi, I installed the plugin for ZOHO campaigns email capture and it conflicts with my wordpress site. Weird things like I can't attach hyperlinks in pages, my page builder is becomes disabled so I have had to turn it off. Has anyone else had any problems like this? Ruth
