今回の記事では、インポート機能のアップデートにより、Zoho Bigin から直接データの移行が可能になったことをお知らせします。

Zoho CRM のインポートでは、インポートに対応しているファイル形式からデータを取り込むだけでなく、既存のシステムからZoho CRM へデータを移行できます。この機能によって外部システムからZoho CRM に手動でデータをインポートする手間を軽減することができ、データを効率的に移すことができます。

以前より、データの移行元として複数のオプションを提供していますが、今回のアップデートにより、Zoho Bigin の組織からZoho CRM の組織へ直接データを移行するオプションが追加されました。

Zoho CRM のインポート機能（データの移行）、Zoho Bigin についての基本情報は以下よりご確認ください。
  • * Zoho Bigin とは、Zoho CRM の簡易版にあたる、営業管理ツールです。機能はシンプルですが、Zoho CRM と同様、営業活動の進捗状況の管理や、顧客管理を行うことができるサービスです。
今回のアップデートを当方で確認したところ、以下のように表示されました。

■ Zoho Bigin からのデータ移行

Zoho CRM にログイン後、設定 ＞ データ管理 ＞ インポートの順で進み、Biginを選択します。



続いて、移行元のBiginの組織を選択し、「移行する」をクリックします。







移行が完了すると、処理されたデータが表示されます。データの件数をクリックすると、データのIDなどの詳細を見ることができます。
