Import data from Bigin

Dear All,

Zoho CRM provides you with multiple options to migrate data from your existing systems into Zoho CRM with the help of our data migration wizard, thereby reducing the hassle of manually importing data. In line with that, we've now added the option for you to migrate data directly from your Bigin organizations.

Migrating your data from Bigin is a simple three-step process, thanks to how well integrated the Zoho environment is.

To migrate your data, log into Zoho CRM and navigate to the import section under Data Migration under Setup and select Bigin. Then choose the Bigin org you want to import from and click Migrate Now.

Once the migration is complete, you can view details of the records from the modules that were added or skipped, as well as the total number of records processed. You can click on the records to see details, like record ID, pipeline owner ID, and so on.

Points to remember

The modules supported under this migration are as follows:
Accounts, Attachments, Calls, Deals, Contacts, Notes, Events, Photos, Tasks, and Users.
To initiate the migration of your data from Bigin, you must log into Zoho CRM with the same user credentials.
Modules and fields are mapped by default and cannot be modified. If a user wants to change the mapping, they will have to export data manually and migrate it using the backup file under "Other CRM".
