■ Zoho CRM のモチベーター機能とは?

 

Zoho CRMのモチベーター機能は、重要なビジネス指標と目標を追跡することで、チームの生産性を高めるように設計された機能です。

今回のアップデートにて、チームやユーザーの管理機能が強化されました。以下、詳細を紹介します。

 

■ ディスプレイ用チャンネルのお知らせの追加

 

ディスプレイ用チャンネル機能に「お知らせ」セクションが追加されました。これにより、チャンネルのブロードキャスト中にメッセージを表示して、重要な情報をよりダイナミックに共有、認識してもらいやすくすることができます。

 

 

■ 有効/無効の分析

進捗管理の有効/無効による表示の切り替え機能が追加されました。目標の進捗状況に基づいて目標がフィルタリングされ、進捗が遅れているもの(進捗状況 - 無効)や進捗が進んでいるもの(進捗状況 - 有効)を特定することができます。

■ 各要素の個別更新オプション

今回のアップデートにより、ダッシュボード上の様々な要素を個別に更新できるようになりました。これにより、常に最新の情報を表示して作業できるようになります。



■ 役職/テリトリー単位でのチーム作成

モチベーター機能におけるチーム作成が簡素化され、大規模なチーム作成がより簡単にできるようになりました。役職やテリトリーを選択すると、それらの役職やテリトリーに属するすべてのユーザーを一度に自動的に追加できるようになり、以前と比較してチーム作成がより効率的になりました。

 

 

■ 組織の階層に基づく「ユーザー」ビュー

「ユーザー」フィルター、「チーム」フィルターによって、組織の役職階層に合ったデータの絞り込みがされるようになりました。 

(例)以下の組織階層、チーム編成の場合

  • 双方あゆみさん:(チーム)営業支援チーム、営業チームの両方に所属 (役職)マネージャー
  • 今川真美さん:(チーム)営業チームのみ (役職)リーダー

 

  • 「ユーザー」フィルター:ログインしているユーザーとその部下のみが表示されるようになりました。
  • 「チーム」フィルター:同様に、ログインしているユーザーとその部下が所属するチームのみ表示されるようになりました。

■ 日付に関する表示期間(週、月)の追加

 今回のアップデートによって、四半期または一年の期間を持つ要素では、日、週、月など、異なる時間枠でデータを分析、および評価できるようになりました。また、期間が一ヶ月の要素では、日、週単位でデータを確認できます。こちらは、KPIと目標の両方で設定可能です。
