今回は、数式項目に関する仕様変更について紹介します。

今回、各タブ内のレイアウトに追加できる数式項目の仕様に変更がありましたので紹介します。なお、数式項目についての基本情報は以下よりご確認ください。

■ 以前までの挙動
各タブのレイアウトで有効な数式項目をレイアウトから削除する際、項目を「使用していない項目」のセクション下に移動するか、完全に削除するかを選択することができました。



以前の仕様では、この処理を行った場合、項目がレイアウトには表示されなくなった後も、バックエンドで数式内に含まれる項目が編集/更新されるたびに計算が実行されていました。
このように、削除された数式項目の計算がバックエンドで実行されることにより、技術的な処理に問題が生じていました。

■ 今回の変更
有効な数式項目を「使用していない項目」セクション下へ移動すると、計算が停止されるようになりました。
今回の変更により「使用していない項目」に移動した数式項目をレイアウトに戻すと、削除した時点で記録されていた値をそのまま使用することができるので、予期せぬ数式項目の値の変更が起こらず、ユーザーの混乱を防ぐことができます。

（例）数式項目①が"項目②の値+項目③の値"を返す場合

レイアウトで数式項目を追加している場合は、正常に計算が実行されます。
以下の例では、数式項目①の値に、"項目②の値+項目③の値"が反映されています。



今回の変更により、数式項目①を「使用していない項目」に移動すると数式項目の計算が停止します。

また、該当の数式項目を再びレイアウトに戻した場合は、削除時に反映されていた項目の値のまま、それぞれのデータ内に表示されます。
そのため、以下の画像のように、削除された数式項目①の値をレイアウトに戻してみると、項目②の値の変更が数式項目①に反映されていません。



レイアウトに項目を戻した後に、数式に含まれる項目の値の変更を行うと、数式項目が再計算を始めます。
