【Zoho CRM】 Zoho Projects 連携に関するアップデートのお知らせ

【Zoho CRM】 Zoho Projects 連携に関するアップデートのお知らせ  

 

CRMとProjectsの連携では、CRM内の連絡先、取引先、商談とプロジェクトを関連付け、CRMのデータからプロジェクト情報に直接アクセスすることができます。

今回のアップデートにより、さらにスムーズかつ直感的にプロジェクトを管理できるようになりました。

 

追加された新機能は以下の通りです。

 

クライアント（顧客）の設定
クライアントの設定セクションが追加され、クライアント情報が見やすくなりました。

以前もクライアントの関連付け機能は利用可能でしたが、ユーザーにとって分かりづらい箇所にありました。

現在は、設定画面上部に分かりやすく表示され、Projects のクライアントがCRM の連絡先や取引先にどのように関連付けられているかを、ユーザーが確実に把握できるようになっています。


 

タブ連携の拡張
  

プロジェクトを連絡先や商談だけでなく、CRM の他のタブにも連携できるようになりました。

 

追加で連携可能になったタブ：商品、問い合わせ、見積書、受注書、発注書、請求書、キャンペーン

 

視認性の向上：プロジェクトが複数のタブ間でシームレスに連携されているため、1つの特定のプロジェクトに関連付けられたすべてのデータとアクティビティを包括的に確認できます。つまり、見積書、発注書、受注書、請求書などのプロジェクト関連データに、CRM内の1つの場所からアクセスできます。

 

データ入力効率の向上：さまざまなタブの関連リストでプロジェクトを表示できるだけでなく、項目の自動関連付け機能が備わったことにより、各タブからプロジェクトを作成するときにプロジェクトの詳細情報を自動で入力することが可能となりました。これにより、データ入力の手間や時間を節約でき、CRMシステム全体のデータの一貫性が確保されます。

 


 

権限管理の簡素化
以下の画像の通り、チーム全体に表示権限や編集権限をすばやく割り当てることができ、全員がプロジェクトのデータへ適切にアクセスできるようになります。
