A recap of major features released in Zoho Invoice in 2016

This year, we have added a lot of new features and product enhancements to help you tackle your invoicing tasks better.

Here is a look at some key features we had added this year.

Get Feedback from Clients.

Business is nothing without customers and it is necessary to keep them happy. Getting feedback from your customers lets you know whether they are happy. This is exactly why we introduced the feedback/rating feature.

With this feature, your clients can rate your service and provide feedback through the client portal and you will be notified instantly. You can also share their reviews on social media and spread the good word. Read more about the feature here

Schedule Emails

Some businesses prefer to send invoices at a later date. We realize it will be tedious for you to

track and remember to send these invoices at that particular time, that is why we introduced

Scheduled Invoices feature. With this feature you will be able to schedule invoices to go at a later date.

Slack Integration

We introduced Zoho Invoice and Slack integration, so that you can receive notification related to your customers and transactions in Zoho Invoice within Slack. Learn more about Slack integration here

Office 365 Integration:

Zoho Invoice integrates with Office 365 to make invoicing more easy and effortless for you. Sync all your Office 365 contacts to Zoho Invoice automatically, and select the ones you would like to import. You can also add your employees as users and manage your invoicing better as a team. Allow customers to store their card information

Collecting a payment from your customers is very important and it is in your best interest when you make the payment process easier for them. Your customers can store their card information in Zoho Invoice and make payments. This removes the hassle of having to re-enter their card details every time they have to make payments.

Organization Summary

As a business owner, it is important for you to know details like how much sales you have made, how much payments you have received and how much you have spent.

Enable the option "Send Weekly Summary report” under Settings and Zoho Invoice will summarise and send you a weekly transactions history and email every Sunday.

Custom Views

Create custom views to sort your Invoices, Estimates, Credit Notes, Recurring Invoices and Retainer Invoices based on a criteria of your choice.

You can get a full list of all the feature enhancements we introduced this year in Zoho Invoice's What's New page.

Domain Mapping

The Domain Mapping feature enables you and your users to access Zoho Invoice and your customers to access their Customer Portal from a domain of your choice. Read more about domain mapping feature.
