Zoho Meeting has limitations on how many recordings the organization is allowed to store, but there is no mass export or archive option to preserve the meeting space for the organization. The ability to mas export or archive the recordings stored in Zoho Meeting would be beneficial for non-technical administrative team leads.

Secondly, a way to view who and what departments or groups of the organization have recordings, to determine which ones can be deleted. Also to determine which ones were connected to a contact meeting in Zoho CRM versus an individual will allow for greater context in the visual administrator dashboard would be ideal.

Finally, a way to view and set recording limitations based on departments. This will prevent the manual audit process being done when we are near or have downsized our team's needs and were not aware that limitations may have been reached. In both cases, the ability to understand when a judgement call as a administrator to restrict, archive, or delete recordings based on purchasing limits and license is very helpful to better manage our resources.
